Thank you Trupanion for helping me with Lizzie
Lizzie, our 13 year old Havanese has had a very difficult time walking for the last year or so. She had her back legs operated on and now her joints are inflamed with osteoarthritis. Thank G-d for the Trupanion team for insuring Lizzie for her stem cell and platelet transplants. She is now running again like a little puppy. I cannot say enough about the Trupanion team!

Figo review
I switched pet insurance companies to Figo a few months ago. Figo representatives have called me to make sure that everything was satisfactory. That was nice. Shortly after I switched to Figo, my Golden Retriever needed unexpected surgery. I thought for sure I was going to have a problem as I only had this coverage for a very short time. (I had been with my former insurer for 7 years). There was no problem at all and I was promptly reimbursed per my coverage. Thank you!

Excellent pet insurance policy
I have two dogs going through serious illness. One had cancer, did expensive tests and treatment (chems). Another one who is only about 2 years old but have so far visited emergency clinic three times (allergic reactions to some unknown factor. Doctors are still working on diagnosis). Each time she need complicated treatment. Trupanion has been very supportive and paid 90% of all the medical bills, after the deductible. Without Trupanion insurance I bought for all my dogs, it would be very hard for us to pay all the bills.

I have had pet insurance before (VPI) and was not happy at all. My friend told me about Embrace and it has been a life savior. The customer service is great and I receive checks within a week of sending in my claim. I can not say enough about Embrace. Without Embrace I'm pretty sure my husband would have divoriced me by now!!!!!

Our First experience with VPI
At first dealing with pet insurance was frustrating and confusing, but once I got the gist of it, I have had no problems what-so-ever. When you first file a claim they do ask for the pets 3 year history. After that they do need a one year history with each claim. Its not a problem to obtain at the veterinary clinic. Some claims only take a few days to process and you receive your reimbursement within 2 weeks. So far after insuring 3 dogs, I have no complaints.
