ASPCA Pet Health Insurance.
Our two dogs ate grapes and we discovered it too late to induce vomiting. The veterinary bills came to almost $3000. ASPCA Insurance paid two thirds of the vet bills. The process for submission of the claims was easy and efficient.

The staff
My experience with the staff at ASPCA was awesome. I found them to be very helpful, cordial, and I was treated with such caring, grace and professionalism. I must say that this meant so much to me for I have not experienced this in several years.from other establishments. I definitely recommend this service to others who are considering pet insurance. Our dog has had a number of health issues, and our ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has always reimbursed us quickly and fairly. They also follow up with phone calls about our pet's health, which is considerate.

cost $12,400; insurance paid $7,900 !!!
Flower, a female greyhound, dislocated a leg joint, a major injury, requiring major surgery. A 3 1/2 inch plate was secured with seven screws over the dislocation. Six monthslater, the implants had to be removed via a second major surgery. Flower's insurance policy, based on her age, carried a $500 deductible with 70% reimbursement of eligible coverage. So far, with 4-6 weeks of rehab ahead, Healthy Paws has issued checks for about $7,900 of the total out-of-pocket surgery fees of about $12,400. The most recent claim was paid the same day I filed it. Since the onset of this injury, Healthy Paws has never questioned any of the claims submitted. Payment has always been prompt. I am extremely pleased with this organization.

ASPCA Pet Health Insurance has been excellent to work with. I can upload my claims online, check their status, and have funds directly deposited to my bank account. Whenever my puppy has been ill, I have received a personal call from an ASPCA rep asking how he's feeling and if I have any questions about the claims. Really great company to deal with and always speedy with responses!

Fatty tissue tunor
My precious little Doxie developed a fatty tumor a few weeks ago. I had just taken out this insurance. Vet says it may go away and is not harmful. Thank goodness! This insurance went into review of the claim and we submitted all of the records proving he never had this prior to the claim. They are already paying on my claim. Thank goodness for Embrace. I had another insurance at one time and it was absolutely horrible. I have had no problems with Embrace. They are on top of everything. Thank you Embrace!

Chloe's incident
I took my doggie to Urgent Care due to a FB stuck in her throat, then followed up with my regular Veterinarian. The FB was never found but the damage was done to her throat and nose. She was sedated twice which as you know can be very expensive. Once I called Embrace to make the claim and then submitted the Vets reports and receipts for payments I was reimbursed in less than two weeks. Very thankful for this coverage as I am a single Senior citizen on a limited budget. Thank you!

In March one of my dog's was diagnosed with Addison's disease and needed 3 days of care between my vet and one overnight stay at an emergency vet clinic. The total costs was $1940.00. I received $1315.00 reimbursement after the remainder of the deductible was met. She will need daily medication and one monthly inj to maintain her health for the rest of her life. The inj cost $153.00/month daily medication $19.50/month. I have received better coverage for vet care through Embrace than VPI.

Very Nice People, Very worth your investment.
We've had the insurance with Embrace for 5 years now and luckily haven't needed it. My beagle had to get his gallbladder removed and it was so stressful. The Embrace people couldn't have been nicer; I've been telling anyone with a pet to get insurance (THIS insurance). Thank you Embrace.
