Should be called Peace of Mind Insurance
I can't tell enough positives about Embrace Pet Insurance. It truly gives the pet owner peace of mind. No longer do I have to worry about their wellness checkups or their dental health. Embrace takes care of everything they need...including heart worm medication and over the counter medications for bad breath. I am so relieved to have selected Embrace insurance for both my pugs. After having many, many medical bills for my previous pug, I decided that my two new adopted pugs would be covered by something. I happen to see an Embrace place mat at my vet's and came home and checked out the insurance. I decided right then and there to get coverage for Phoebe and Piper. This is my second year with Embrace and I am extremely happy with this company. The claims are handled immediately and the customer is notified via email immediately. The claims I recently submitted were accepted and handled in 4 days. Amazing. As a Senior with two pets it is a relief to know they can get the same care I get. Is the insurance cheap? No, but it is worth it. You'll never regret getting the Wellness package with dental coverage. Have a question just email and a reply comes almost immediately.

First Time w/Pet Insurance and Highly Recommend
Was not so sure about getting pet insurance for our Tonkinese kitten, but so glad we did. I never want to be faced with making a financial decision over his health. Having the coverage lets me sleep well at night and removes some of the worry. My kitty is just about 3 and developed a kidney stone. I called immediately and spoke with Carmen who put all my worries and fears aside. Filing the claim was unexpectedly easy and quick. When I lost my job last year I considered ending the policy, but glad I didn't. Everyone I have ever spoken with or emailed at Trupanion has been outstanding. I am so glad my vet recommended it.

Impeccable
My one year old lab mix had to have surgery for a luxated patella, which cost a couple thousand dollars. Healthy Paws processed my claim in an afternoon and I received the reimbursement check a few days later! When my vet initially treated her for it he said surgery would be the best option but he cautioned me about the cost. I was totally confident that Healthy Paws would cover it because thaey had been so good with all my other much smaller claims. It alleviated the stress for me when I knew I could do what was best for my dog because I had Healthy Paws insurance. They even followed up with an email to see how she is recovering. I am really impressed with this company. Much better than human insurance!

We've had several claims in the short 2 years we've had our dog. Healthy Paws is very efficient. Most recently all I had to do was take a picture of the vet receipt in their app and they processed it the same day. We received our reimbursement a 7 days later.

Great, no-hassle insurance
I have had Healthy Paws since 2013 and this is the first time I had to make a claim through them. My dog blew out her ACL and we decided with the vet to have surgery. There were three invoices, one for pre-op, one for the surgery, and one for a night of observation. Since I had never supplied medical records before I thought it might take a month or two before the invoices were covered. But I was wrong. They were paid within two weeks. I even receive a personal email asking how my dog was feeling. That's not just good customer service, it's a real human touch.

Trupanion has been very timely on processing claims and completely hassle free. My 10 year old boxer was diagnosed with lymphoma. The chemotherapy treatment is expensive and without trupanion's insurance the financial pressure would have been quite high. I am glad to have insurance for both my dogs and recommend trupanion to anyone considering pet health insurance.

Affordable Rates, Coverage. Hassle Free. Slow Pay
Much better to deal with than our last company. Way better return on monthly payment for payouts. Hassle free, friendly. Seems to take a long time to be reimbursed though (around a month). Would be nice to have an account login on the webpage to see claims.
