Penny is my first puppy, and as a brand new pet parent I was very confused about which insurance to choose. I heard about Healthy Paws by word of mouth and after intense investigating, I ended up picking them for my little one's coverage. She recently had to undergo emergency gastrointestinal surgery (dogs really do eat everything...), and THANK GOODNESS for Healthy Paws. They were so caring and responsive, and the claims reimbursement process was so simple I had to pinch myself to make sure it was REALLY that smooth. I submitted everything online - the turnaround was quick, and I was reimbursed for every cent that I had expected and hoped for - no "oh, if you read the extremely small and almost illegible fine print we don't cover that". It was an easy and straightforward calculation and it all made complete sense. Penny is so special to me, and Healthy Paws gives me the ability to never have to make a decision on her health based on finances alone. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

If only human insurance was this good!!!
Healthy paws made the claim process seamless. I simply took a picture of the receipt with my iphone and followed the instructions through the app. Within 5 days I had my reimbursement and could not be happier. If you have a new puppy or seasoned healthy pooch, you would be crazy not to get this. It would be terrible to have to make a life call when all it would take is 34.57 a month!

Life Choice
I've had to make the decision of continuing my pet's medical treatment to save his life verses the cost. He fortunately recovered. After that, I decided I never wanted to be in that situation again. Now all my Pugs are covered with Healthy Paws. Including my recent girl who was a rescue, Georgie. I've already been able to give Georgie life altering care because of insurance. And in turn Georgie is doing good for kids as a Pet Therapy Dog. It's just me and my Pugs. They are family so why not insure them?

Completely Satisfied
I have an English bulldog. His name is Otis and he is about 9 months old. Our entire family is so in love with Otis and couldn't imagine our lives without him. After doing a lot of research, I chose Healthy Paws. What a smart move! Otis has allergies and that has been causing some health issues. I recently took him to the vet for an ear infection. The vet suggested allergy testing which costs around $1,100. I knew it was the right move because if we figured out what he was allergic to Otis would have less visits to the vet and feel much better. I sent the invoice to healthy paws. They contacted me only two days later letting me know that I would be receiving a check for $900.00. It is a relief knowing that Otis is in such good hands. Thank you Healthy Paws!

2 young cats very well insured!!!
I have two 2-year-old cats who came to live with me in March from Anti-Cruelty Society. The forms were easy and quick for my vet to complete and submit. The response from Embrace was efficient and courteous. A factor in deciding to select Embrace in the first place was their patience with me as I needed to correspond via U.S. mail since I have no computer at home. In this age of technology the staff at Embrace could easily adjust to earlier communication methods.

Kaiya had Pneumonia
Our 1 year old Golden/Mix was coughing and heaving and we didn't know what to do, so we took her to the emergency room. She had pneumonia, it was going to be an extended stay... turned out to be 5 days and almost $8000.00. NOT A SINGLE EYELASH WAS BATTED. Healthy Paws paid 90% of the claim and my wife and I didn't have to make a difficult decision on whether or not to put our family in financial turmoil to save our pet or make the even harder decision. THE BEST PET INSURANCE COMPANY!
Healthy Paws is hands down the best pet insurance. When our puppy was found to need a liver shunt surgery, Healthy Paws was there to help process the claim and give us peace of mind. Just last month when our puppy turned 2, she was attacked by 2 huge dogs who mauled her. Once again Healthy Paws was there to give me peace of mind that I can give my puppy the immediate care she needed. Their kind staff even emailed us to check up on our puppy after the whole ordeal. They are fair and have a fast claim turn around. I highly recommend this insurance to anyone searching to have their pet in good hands.

My 1.5 year old labradoodle, Dixie, became very sick with a fever of unknown origin & spent about 5 days in the emergency hospital. I had just gotten insurance through Healthy Paws a couple months prior to that & am so glad I did. We were able to focus on taking care of Dixie & did not have to worry about the costs of all the procedures the doctors had to perform to finally find a diagnosis. She had to have lots of labwork, radiographs, ultrasounds, joint & spinal taps before we were able to come up with a diagnosis. I was quite pleased that Healthy Paws covered the costs of all of these procedures without questioning anything. I am an office manager for an equine vet practice, so I know firsthand that is not always the case with other insurance companies. I highly recommend Healthy Paws if you are looking for insurance for your pets.
