A Sense of Relief
I am so grateful I got Pets Best for my two cats when I adopted them seven years ago. It has made taking them into the vet a much less stressful experience.Jane had been vomiting continually for awhile and I could not figure out what was going on. I had taken her in and the vet decided it would be best for me to have an ultra sound and endoscopy done on her. The bill came to over $2700. I submitted the receipt which was super easy and I received a check within two weeks for a litter over $2000. I was so pleased and gratfeful to have Pet's Best. It has been a huge difference in taking care of my girls. Marilyn and Jane and happy as well. They know they are loved and cared for and will be in the best of health with Pets Best helping me take care of them. Thanks so much.

very thorough and get back to you about claims right away. However, I am still waiting to hear back about an email I wrote to them- not so good at answering emails as letting you know the status of your claim.

HealthyPaws Saved The Day
I have had pets for over 50 years and never had pet insurance before, I was always suspicious that some fine print would mean you were never really insured at all. I did my research with my last adoption and got HealthyPaws. Then that dreaded day came when you find yourself facing emergency surgery for something your dog ate… I can't describe the relief of having this insurance. I faxed the invoice and medical records and by the following day they had processed his claim. Real people who you can reach, who care about you and your pet (and the financial hit you just took from the Emergency Room). Danny Boy is all better, and not having that sick lump in your throat when faced with a surgery bill is priceless. Bets best has excellent service and is responsive.
Pets Best 's insurance is excellent.There are upper limits to their policies depending on the coverage purchased.My claims have all been thoroughly reviewed and promptly handled.I will continue to use them fr my dog and any future dogs that I may adopt.

Last summer, our 1y old cat was diagnosed with FIP (or rather, at that time, suspicion of FIP). She recovered of some of her initial symptoms, thanks to the excellent care of our vets (AMC NYC), where at some point she even appeared to in excellent condition again... Yet the past few weeks her condition declined so badly that eventually she was no longer able to walk and stopped eating. Finally, we had to make the difficult decision to opt for euthanasia. But thanks to the excellent service and hassle-free paybacks of Trupanion, we are confident we have been able to explore all possible options. Because of our Trupanion insurance, we could focus on giving our pet the best possible treatment, without having to worry too much about the financial implications. We are truly grateful for how smoothly Trupanion handled our claims, amounting to a few USD 1000s in total.

Easy and reliable!
Healthy Paws is the 3rd pet insurance I have used and it has been by far the most helpful. They are clear about what they cover/dont and have never tried to fight any claim I have sent in. It's definitely helped us financially this year after a few trips to the emergency vet. Definitely would recommend!

STRESS FREE and Customer Service ROCKS!!!
I can't rave enough about this pet insurance and their customer service!!! I adopted a Cane Corso last year, and purchased this insurance because I simply figured, big dog/big bills..someday...little did I know it would be the following year. Simple points why I'm with this insurance company: a. They say what they mean on their site. Yes, there's a grace period when one must be insured with them, which isn't long at all. And they DO insure your pet regardless of age or prior conditions. Herzog had had issues prior to adoption, and still he was covered, and he's not a puppy. b. For those of us whom aren't rich, it's really comforting to be reimbursed within LESS THAN A WEEK of submitting ones' claim. It really makes going to the vet and getting help less stressful mentally and financially! Herzog tore his CCL and had TPLO surgery, everything from x-rays to pain medication to surgery, was all covered 90% and back in my wallet within days! It really is a stress reliever, especially since we have to go through this again in a few weeks, and extra large breed dogs have extra large bills.... c. When I made my first phone call, I got a real person on the phone. Whom was so pleasant, patient, and informative...as in, I made one phone call, got one person, and didn't get switched/moved to another person, she was able to answer all questions and provide information for what I didn't know. d. Have you ever received a follow up letter/call asking how your pet is doing from the insurance company? Asking only about how your pet is healing and sending good wishes...it's not necessary to do this, but talk about customer service and being simply considerate!!!! Whether we are sitting in the Vet's waiting room, or when people walk by asking what happened, I always talk about "THANK GOD I GOT INSURANCE....We use Healthy Paws...it's more than paid for itself..."

Great Insurance - Easy & Quick Claim Processing
I am a new customer of Healthy Paws. While researching many pet insurance companies, I went with Healthy Paws because of their no lifetime cap, no predetermined amount for services (you’re reimbursed based on actual costs), flexibility with using my own vet and pharmacy and their positive reviews. I have been extremely pleased thus far. I signed all 4 dogs up, ranging in age from 8 years to 8 months, and have had to submit several claims so far. The claim process couldn't be any easier; upload the invoice and medical record to their website. It took less than a week to process the claim and less than a week to receive my reimbursement checks. I wish there was a rating higher than 10; can't recommend this company enough.
