Very satisfied customer
Our Lab became very ill, and we made the decision to have surgery. Pets Best paid the maximum claim of $5,000 towards our hospital bill. We could not have had the surgery for our dog without the insurance.

Easiest no questions asked provider
We have an English bulldog who has suffered from numerous health conditions. It's tough enough to watch your pet suffer and would be so unfortunate not to have coverage to pay his expenses. Trupanion has always provided us coverage we need in a timely manner!

PetsPlusUs - Fast, Dependable and Caring
Sheila is an adorable one year old bulldog we inherited from our son. He found her too reactive. She has had consultations with behavioural vets, is on special meds and a special diet. All of this has been covered by PetsPlusUs with no questions other than asking us how she is doing and are we enjoying her! Happy to report she is improving and I’m always impressed that PetsPlusUs staff take the time to ask how she is when I call in re a claim! They do care!

The BEST pet insurance in the market.
Healthy Paws took in my old lab than many other insurances refused to accept. Healty Paws is amazingly fast and easy with the claims. It literally takes 20 secs to submit a claim (you just log in and upload the receipt, no forms to fill out whatsoever!!) and you get a confirmation from them in about 2 days (sometimes even less!) and a check in about 5 days. It's amazing!!! In this year they have refunded me over $2,000 with no questions asked and as polite as usual. The security and peace that this insurance brings me is incomparable.

As always, Trupanion was there to handle the claim as soon as we submitted the forms. When you have an expensive claim as we had (nearly $10,000), it's reassuring to know that Trupanion will cover those costs ASAP. It's peace of mind when you're dealing with a sick puppy and knowing you're able to give him the best of treatment.

Very Happy with Embrace!
I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for 4 yrs now and I am very pleased how they handle the claims for me. Our golden was sick in Sept. and had to go to the emergency vet. in the middle of night for treatment. When I submitted the claims I was covered and got a check within a couple of weeks. It is nice to have pet insurance so I don't have to worry so much anymore. This is the first pet I ever had insurance on and think it is great.

Reliable and ethical
They have been easy to work with and truthful in their description of their policy. My cat has a pre-existing condition, but they did not use that to disallow claims for other unrelated illnesses. The Trupanion Express policy allowing faster payment is also very helpful, although luckily I have not needed to use it. The policy of only raising premiums by evaluating area usage, not the pet's age is also good.
