Great Customer Service
I purchased this insurance for both of my dogs. One has a week immune system with skin issues so frequent trips to the vet. Besides coverage their customer service is excellent. I get the paper checks sent to my house and they noticed one was not cashed and contacted me. They were able to reissue a check without any problems

Timely Reimbursement
So far having this pet insurance has helped out with medical bills for our Pit bull. Not knowing that pit bulls are known for skin allergies, this insurance has helped. Being a single parent with a daughter in college, and this being her dog, it is nice to know that some of the costs are taken care of.

Good Insurance
Our 5 month old puppy suffered a tibial tuberosity avulsion. Total cost was $3000 and our out of pocket expense was $800. This was the best part about having Embrace, they actually pay for claims rather than claim they are going to pay then find any and all loopholes not to pay. Submitting the documentation was easy, however, there was some miscommunication in getting the claim paid. I received a notification that Embrace reached out to the surgical facility and our routine vet's office for additional information and was under the impression this was being taken care of. I called both offices (after 10 business days) to ensure they sent the information that was requested yet both offices reported not receiving any notification from Embrace. Both offices sent the additional information and I waited 2 weeks in hopes the claim would be paid and nothing happened. I then called and asked why it was taking so long (at this time a month had passed)and within 24 hrs the claim status changed and we received our reimbursement in 2 weeks. If I did not have to call everyone multiple times to ensure someone was working on the claim, I would have given a better review.

I have two boxers and have been with Embrace for 10 years...They are an amazing company! I go and submit my claims and they are paid within 5-10 days more like 5. Never a questions or hesitation and communication is fantastic. I would never go with anyone else. Thank for the excellent service.,

Trupanion is amazing
Unfortunately my beloved dog has had some bad luck recently. He needed an MRI,two separate emergency vet appointments and several regular vet check ups. Trupanion has been amazing to work with. They are very responsive and quick to turn around claims no matter how large in price they are. I can't imagine where my puppy and I would be without Trupanion.

Milo Claim status
I just want to let you and the brand know that the level of service i got from you regarding my dog Milo was the worst i ever experience. No one in your company ever followed up with me and my wife regarding physical for Milo and Scooter for the new policy for 2017. Milo had an accident and hurt his leg and i am getting th run around on my two dogs i got from a rescue. i submitted a claim and after taking my payment for 17 months i get a (OH BY THE WAY)We do not have a Physical from either dogs and I stated that should of been said prior to taking my first payment 17 monhs ago so i felt cheated and robbed with Embrace We are thinking about going to a new company once this insurance get to its last 30 days. everything you stated prior to me accepting your insurance in 2015 was totally false and we are not satisfied with you Customer service Embrace team.

Well Worth the Money!
I am a huge fan of Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! I wish I'd known about them years ago, but am thankful that I've discovered them now. My sweet little puppy needed some emergency care recently, and I was thrilled to learn that much of it was covered by Healthy Paws! They even helped with the follow-up visits. They have a low deductible and very fair monthly fee! I've been raving about this pet insurance to all of my friends, encouraging them to sign up NOW! Thanks Healthy Paws!!!

I'm very happy with Embrace.
I had to change a lot of information on my policy at first and they were quick to do so and very friendly. I submitted two claims and within 2 weeks had both accepted and a check was on its way to me. I'm very happy with everything through Embrace.
