Glad we have the insurance for Mai Tai
After Mai Tai jumped for a ball and tore the ligaments in her knee and an unexpected expensive surgery we decided to look into pet insurance and found ASPCA Pet Insurance. We are very happy we did. Over the years Mai Tai has had a few medical issues and ASPCA has been there. Claims are easy to file and reimbursement is quick. We have had 2 calls from customer service to check on Mai Tai from our last claim. Thank You ASPCA Pet Insurance.

Embrace Ins. made saving Eddie's life easier.
We never know what type of illness our animals will contract. Most pet owners will do whatever it takes to get their pet better. I can't imagine not having Embrace Insurance. It is so affordable and helpful.

Glad we have Pets Best
Pets Best has always been good about reimbursement of ordinary health/wellness expenses for our pets ie: shots and exams. But when our 3 year old Chocolate Lab swallowed a half a dollar size rock a few weeks back we were so glad we had Pets Best Insurance. Because of the size of the rock the vet removed it by Endoscopy which is very costly. Afterwards we submitted our claim for the procedure along with the exams and xrays that were needed and we just got 80% of the expenses reimbursed, over $1,400.00!

Overall, I am happy with my service with Pets Best b/c they are very professional and seem to really care about their customers and we aren't just another number. I have spoken with people on the phone from Pets Best who contacted me for further information and it was really easy to get someone on the phone. Claims go thru fast, great customer service. Never a waiting time and I have always hung up satisfied and impressed. I have worked for veterinarians for many years before retiring. Puddy's intestinal issues
My experience was extremely positive. Filled out the claim forms with attached invoices and faxed it all in. Claims were processed in about a week and checks received a few days afterward.

It was very good not having to worry about if I could afford the treatment my pet needed. I understood and could afford what was my part of the expense, and did not need to worry that I would have a later fight on my hands obtaining the proportion expected from my Insurer.
