On top of it!
This company is amazing! I cannot say enough positive things about them. First off, my dog got sick and had to go to the vet multiple days in a row. So I had a lot of claims all at once. I was able to track the progression of my claims online. As well as being updated via e-mail when claim went to the next level/step. I always knew what was going on with the claim. When everything was complete they e-mailed me confirming that I had received the checks without any issues (At that point I wasn't on direct deposit). They have always been helpful and professional. Embrace goes above and beyond what any insurance company has ever done for me and its wonderful! Embrace caught an accounting error and corrected it and informed me of it even before I was aware that my monthly payment wasn't correct. Embrace is on top of their game!

Great insurance!!
A few months ago I felt 2 bb sized lumps by one of my cats mammary glands. I took her to the vet and it was recommended we do surgery as they are usually cancer. I had a unilateral mastectomy preformed and had to submit many claims to trupanion for the surgery, and then multiple rechecks. All of my claims were processed extremely fast (the last claim literally taking 5 hours from submitted to processed). I am very pleased with the service provided by trupanion. I have also called multiple times to talk with customer service and everyone is always so friendly and helpful and was concerned about how my cat was doing after surgery. It did turn out to be cancer (not a very aggressive form) but I know trupanion will be there if we have more issues in the future. She is doing great and the cancer was completely removed!

With one exception, Trupanion examined the claims related to his diagnosis and surgery and we received notice of consent followed very quickly by checks in the mail. Wonderful!
I've always thought about getting pet insurance, but never did. I found the web site for Embrace and gave them a call to check it out and I am so glad I did! They answered all my questions, provided me with an excellent plan for my three pets and always handle my claims in a timely maner. Our Shetland Sheepdog, Loki, needed emergency care for an injured nose and Embrace took the worry out of the whole experience, letting us know what would be covered. Embrace has made my vet bills so much easier to handle. I would definitely recommend this plan for anyone who has pets.

Easy and Painless
Embrace has always been so easy and painless to use when filing a claim. No complaints. I have a policy for my 4 yr old cat Nugget. About a year ago he dislocated the base of his tail and his visits and medications have all been covered. I even took him to an animal chiropractor for adjustments and it was covered. Making the adjustments only $9 after submitting his claims. I'm sticking with Embrace no question.

I have had very good experience with ASPCA Pet Insurance. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful and my claims have always been processed adequately. I even received a follow-up call to inquire how my pet was doing! I also like the fact that they accept the vet's invoice and doesn't require me to have to take it back for the vet to fill out the claim form and then make another trip back to pick it up. I have had to make several claims and all have been settled in a very timely manner. Initially, the claims were for evaluations of a torn ACL. Unfortunately, the dog has since developed gastrointestinal issues so the ACL is on hold until we can get him totally healthy again. I currently have three more submitted. I'm very grateful for all their help.

Excellent!
When I brought my 9 week old standard poodle puppy to West Valley Pet Clinic I was a real "newbie" to the wold of dogs, not having had a pet since Imwas 10 years old. My vet recommended Pets Best and, boy am I glad I decided to join! The claims process is very easy - the vet office files for you. Within a day or so you get an email stating that the claim has been received. Another day or so sending you a statement telling you how much is covered and that the check has been mailed. Never have I had a dispute and I have never had to spend any time on dreaded paperwork.
