WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I live in Manhattan and have 2 French Bulldogs. One of which has chronic bronchitis, as well as thyroid issues. Every time I submit a claim to VPI I am very disappointed. I never know if I am going to get 10% back or 80% back, but the majority of the time it is below 50%. Since my other dog had no pre-existing conditions, I moved over to Healthy Paws, and I couldn't be happier with them.

Another great experience with Pets Best
My Holly has had a rough year. She got into some poison, she developed incontinence and now diagnosis with serious osteoarthritis. Pets Best has made it so easy to process the claims for these problems and my reimbursement has been deposited in my bank account within 3-4 days. Thank you Pets Best. You are the best!

I have had my doggie insured through Trupanion for five years. Each time I've needed to submit a claim, I have received reimbursement within a week. It's a very simple process and they have very nice staff. submitted claim(s) for 4 dates of service on 2/4 and received claim updates almost daily with payment confirmation by 2/12. Although they missed one claim date in all the paperwork. They even covered prescription food for the first 2 months!

Supportive and Fast
My cat had to have surgery after eating a jacket string. The cost of the surgery was over $4,000. Healthy paws walked me through my first claim. It was easy to do and fast. Each staff member I talked to was genuinely concerned for our cat and showed their love for animals. I highly recommend Healthy Paws Insurance to anyone that has animals.

I talked with many people who have pet insurance with different companies and I have never found someone who can only say positive things about the company they go through. The best in any town VPI Pet Insurance
I have been a VPI member for over 20 years. All of my pets past and present have had/still using VPI pet insurance. I have been to the other pet insurance websites and compared the different rates but none compare to the prompness, and quality care that I get from VPI. Filing a claim is fast and easy. You can go online to their website and find the status of your claim. As long as I have my pet dogs I will always use VPI pet insurance.
