Amazing Pet Insurance
My fiance and I wanted to get insurance for our dog and after much research, decided on Healthy Paws. Hands down, this was the best decision we made. Our dog had surgery on a Friday, after uploading the vet invoice online, we received an email that Monday saying our claim was processed and a reimbursement check was being mailed out. By Friday, we had the check, merely a week after surgery. A few days later we got an email asking how Bruno (our pup) was doing and wishing him well. To me, this goes above and beyond customer service. Anyone thinking of pet insurance, choose healthy paws and you won't be sorry!

So far - VERY pleased!
After doing some research, and talking to our Vet, we settled on Trupanion for our pet insurance, not sure if was going to be worth the money we were spending. We just had a recent toxicity scare (our guy got himself into some pain relievers) - and could not be more pleased with Trupanion. From the friendly staff answering my questions, to the ease of submitting the claim from the emergency clinic, to the very quick response of coverage and notice that the reimbursement was on it's way. It has been worth EVERY penny we have spent - especially ease of mind.

There was a misunderstanding from my vet's manner of charging for an initial visit and acupuncture administered at the same time. I received several refusals for the claim. Eventually, my vet sent a letter with an explanation that allowed Trupanion to cover the charges. Generally, I find them to be extremely prompt in their decisions on a claim. Payment usually is prompt.

Best pet insurance and customer service EVER!
We feel so lucky for our incredible veterinary care and for having Healthy Paws insurance! Our dog, Griffin, ate a sock last week and needed emergency surgery to remove the blockage. If we didn't have this insurance, we might have had to make a very difficult decision the night we brought griffin in for treatment. A $5000 bill was not easy to cover, but knowing that I was going to be reimbursed for almost all of it made it possible for me to afford his surgery without worrying about paying my mortgage or putting food on the table. My claim was processed in under 24hrs and the customer service was exceptional. I spoke with multiple people over the phone to make sure everything would be covered and they could not have been nicer to me during a really difficult time for me and my wife. I received notification that my reimbursment check had been sent within 4 days of submitting my claim and I received 3 wonderful follow up emails from the staff at HPI checking on Griffin to see how he was doing. I wish human health insurance worked this well!! I will NEVER purchase any other type of pet insurance!!!

Best thing I ever did!
Having Embrace was the Best thing I ever did! Quite frankly if it wasn't for Embrace I would probably have had to give my cat away. I don't usually take the time to review stuff but I feel like Embrace really deserves it and if someone else can benefit from my good experience and also use Embrace that would be a good thing. My story is kind of long so I'll try to keep it short- but I've had cats my whole life and none have ever had major problems. Vet visits were so few that they're was never an issue. But then a little baby stray showed up in our yard and we fell in love with him and decided to keep him. Well, that was the beginning of the horror story for my wallet. He arrived a little sickly with some respiratory issues but nothing majorly serious. Well, one thing led to another and he pretty much took every vet appointment we never had before and had them all himself! It was getting to the point where I was going to have to think about giving him away to someone who could afford him. I didn't think of insurance because I always thought crazy pet people did that and/or it would be too expensive. Well, boy was I wrong! It was the best thing to do!! I researched a whole bunch, had my mind set on another one, when one of the girls at my vets office recommended I check out Embrace before I make any final decisions. I'm so glad I did. They are literally the only reason why I've been able to keep my kitty. They were the perfect fit for us, based on what we needed and the coverage they provided at a very reasonable cost. I've had them for 1 year already and the customer service has not only been incredible, everyone is so nice, but all my claims have been approved! ...and I've needed to turn in quite a few claims. They've been approved quickly and I have received the checks in a timely manner. It's a relief to see the checks because I know that with Embrace I've been able to give my kitty the best possible care because I've never had to say no because I couldn't afford it because I know I will get the majority of his vet visit reimbursed. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! My kitty's health is great right now and I know that if (or should I say when) he needs to go back Embrace will be there to help.
