We adopted our beautiful Belle from the shelter and purchased trupanion a few weeks after. On her first day of eligibility she broke her leg! Claims specialist were very caring and processing claim went very smoothly. They were also very concerned about Belle's well being. Couldn't be happier with Trupanion!

Great customer experience
I used my insurance for the first time after having it for three years and was not sure how it would go, given I've never had pet insurance previously. My dog had surgery for removal of a cyst on her jaw bone and two teeth that were loose because of degradation of the bone. I am happy to report that not only was Trupanion efficient and fair, but they were exceptional at keeping me informed of the progress of the claim. I wish that my own health insurance company was so transparent.

The best pet insurance ever
I have coverage for my two chihuahuas after canceLing anot her insurance after I was denied two claims one on each dog. I then hpoked up with ASPCA that was over 4 years ago. My Lilo has been diagnosed with diabetes, has gone blind and suffers from alergies. After each claim they have called to see how both of my dogs are doing, they truly care about my dogs.

I have been with Trupanion for at least 7 years. Any time my kitties have had an illness or issue, Trupanion has responded immediately.
