Love Embrace!!
I have a dog with arthritis who has needed alot of treatment and Embrace has covered most of the bills. So glad I have this insurance. They are wonderful and never have any problems. I highly recommend Embrace to everyone who owns a pet.

Best pet insurance ever
Trupanion is the third company I have used. It is by far the best. Pays 90% per occurence with no deductible. Turnaround time after claim is faxed is less than 2 weeks. There are no exclusions for preexisting conditions or hereditary diseases.

Incredibly fast claim payment
Maggie, my 9 year old shepherd-mix, developed a suspicious growth just under the skin on her shoulder area. Her vet collected a sample to have biopsied at an independent lab. I brought her in that day for updating the rabies vaccine and other health maintenance issues. The biopsy and laboratory costs were a surprise to me and my wallet. How nice it was to submit a claim to Embrace and have the biopsy and lab covered. Imagine my surprise to hear from Embrace Claims team that the claim was approved and I should expect a direct deposit to my account in two days! I also like the Pet Portal--you can track the status of your claim. Embrace makes things really easy.

PAID OFF IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS!!
I purchased two little french bulldog puppies, and decided that it might be a good idea to have them insured. I was not happy with VPI (my previous insurance company) and did all my homework and found Embrace. After two weeks of being on Embrace insurance, once of my puppies was stung by a scorpion. My little frenchie spent 3 days in emergency care in an oxygen box. I truly thought that Embrace would tell me no on covering since I wasn't on their policy long. BUT...THEY ARE AWESOME and covered it. They paid 70% of my bill (and my bill was $4400)! I would highly recommend them.

Great Experience
My 10 year old Golden Retriever Jack tore his ACL and had major surgery to repair. I have had VPI insurance for over 5 years, but had never used it. Within 3 days of Jack's tear, he was in for surgery, my Vet filed the paperwork the next day and I received a claim check within 2 weeks. I agree with other reviewers on this page, that you should do your due diligence on the policy and understand the reimbursement. I did not and once I started reading the policy, I had low expectations. Jack's surgery was over $4,000 and in the end I received all but a small deductable. I couldn't be happier with the claim process and outcome.

Does what it says!
My dog became sick with intestinal issue and had to go to the emergency vet. (It always happens on a weekend!) The she was transferred to my regular vet for follow-up and care. Surgery was not out of the question but was avoided. I submitted the bill for the emergency vet to Healthy Paws. It was simple. I emailed the invoice and medical record and got the check within a week. I then had a bill from the regular vet. The vet submitted the bill on Friday and the claim was processed on Monday. I am so happy I opted for insurance and especially this one! I had done a lot of research before selecting an insurance to get the terms I wanted and I got it right! Thank you Healthy Paws!

I hate using insurance because it means my dog has problems, but this insurance has really come in handy to get through the hard times. Every time I go the specialty vet I recommend Embrace highly, and ask the staff to mention you if anyone asks.
