THANK GOD I BOUGHT BEST PET INSURANCE FOR MY DOG
WE JUST PAID OUT ABOUT $4100 DOLLARS. I WAS SMART AND BOUGHT THE BEST POLICY AND GOT 90% BACK WHICH IS ABOUT $3700 BACK.SHE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND THEY DID A BLOOD PROCEDURE WHICH WAS ABOUT $2300. WE FILLED ON A FRIDAY AND WERE NOTIFIED ON THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY.

Honest and caring company
Many months (over a year) after the death of my pet I discovered I had not cancelled my coverage or filed many stale claims. When I contacted customer service, they quickly offered to refund all premiums since the death of my pet and also express their sympathy for my lost. When I told them I had claims for many claims over a year old they said, no problem, send them in. Well I never expected to hear back from them. I was wrong, they credited my credit card account with all the premiums overpaid promptly and processed many years of claims within the month. These are honest and caring people.

Outstanding Pet Insurance!
I have only been insured for about a month. I have an extremely healthy 4 year old Boxer. About 10 days ago she was bitten by a Mojave rattlesnake and nearly died! She was in the veterinary hospital ICU and received very expensive antivenin. The total bill was nearly $2,500. She is now out of the woods and should make a fully recovery. I submitted the vet bills to Healthy Paws last Friday and got an email on Monday indicating my claims were approved and checks were being sent to reimburse me - EXACTLY AS THEY PROMISED! What an amazing pet health insurance company. In fact, it is the best insurance company of any kind with whom I have ever dealt.

Embrace is a lifesaver.
My 8 year old blue healer went in for a routine check up and after a sonna gram it was discovered he had a mass on his spleen and adrenaline gland both were removed by surgery and he made a full recovery thanks to embrace I did not have to worry about the cost of his medicial expenses.

Prompt service for a significant claim
At 9 months of age, our English Bulldog (Ollie) was diagnosed with prolapsed urethra a condition causing him serious blood loss and surgery was an immediate requirement. A brief telephone call to Pets+Us served to confirm coverage for the required surgery. Post-surgery, we filed our claim with Pets+Us via a very straightforward electronic claims procedure and the claim was processed promptly with cheque received within 2 weeks. We are well pleased with the level of service and professionalism re how our claim was handled by Pets+Us.

When you adopt an older pet, health issues are a concern. Fortunately, my veterinarian recommended Trupanion. When my pet was injured, Trupanion came through and picked up 90 percent of the surgery costs, minus the deductible of course.

Pets Best is Right!
After six indoor, long-hair cats, no insurance, and thousands of dollars later, I finally got smart. I thoroughly reviewed most all the pet insurance providers, and I chose Pet's Best because they offer a variety of options, including wellness, older pet major disease coverage, several deductibles, and much more. With four new cats of various ages, it is such a relief to receive an email from Pets Best telling me they've received my claim, then within a few days sending me an EOB telling me what they paid (usually 1/3 to 1/2 back), and that it will be direct deposited to my bank account shortly. Now that's nice. Thank you, Pets Best.
