Wonderful customer service!
Every person with Trupanion we have dealt with has been friendly and professional. The claim was originally denied but upon further information from our veterinarian to Trupanion, the co paid the claim.

Embrace always comes through for us!
My soon-to-be six year old Chihuahua mix, Bean is my pride and joy. However, from time to time he gets a bout of something or other and needs to be looked at by our vets. Embrace has been very good in processing our claims. I'm very happy with their service and have recommended them to my neighbors for coverage of their pets.

Trupanion has been great to deal with for helping out with my vet bills for my kitty. Sometimes you have to stay on top of how your vet inputs notes into theis system for trupanion to read but otherwise everything has been great. Thanks for you help while my kitty has been sick.

Excellent service from Trupanion
When I adopted an eight-year-old dog I was worried about health issues, but, on the other hand, pet insurance for a dog this age is expensive. But I am glad I went with Trupanion because this had given me peace of mind.

Think Twice about Trupanion
I started my pet insurance with Trupanion last year, and found it absolutely amazing until my dog started to become more ill. The policy states that if a dog needs to be on a therapeutic/prescription food diet for life I will be eligible for a discount on my premium. The day my dog was diagnosed with Crystals the doctor told me the ONLY treatment is to dissolve the crystals with Hills C/D bladder health diet, therefore this is a diet he needs to be on for LIFE. The DAY AFTER I submitted my claim, they changed my policy to remove the eligible discount on my premium, and then they UP'D my premium $5. I was furious. I contacted two employees and spoke to a supervisor, and they both told me it was "inconvenient" and there is nothing they can do. The fact that I submitted my claim before they changed my policy, you would think it would be appropriate to HONOR the old policy! There was no notice of what changes were about to become affective in my "new" policy. They did not hesitate to take the "new" premium price out of my bank account, I only had a few days notice that I was about to pay a higher fee. I am extremely unsatisfied with Trupanion! This company is known to "not increase premiums due to claim submission amounts" but this is exactly why they increased my premium. I know for a fact that the Veterinary Hospitals within my city did not put up there prices because I WORK FOR THE MAJORITY OF THEM. Think Twice before getting Trupantion.
