Great Service. Fast reimbursement!
After having tried many different insurance companies, Trupanion takes the award. They are by far the quickest, easiest and fastest pet insurance company currently offered in my opinion.

Prompt and reliable coverage
Our GSD tore his CCL. The surgery was expensive and would have been difficult for us to cover if we had not had Embrace Insurance. Our claims were reviewed in a timely manner and checks received very quickly.

Peace of mind
This insurance allowed me to give my dog the treatment she needed when she ate ibuprofen tablets. She needed to be hospitalized and on liquids for 3 days, and I truly believe she would have had serious kidney problems had she not received this expensive treatment. Embrace reimbursed me within a week of submitting my claim and they are always extremely helpful when I need to call. I gave them a 9 because I just don't give 10s, no other reason.

Wellness Claim Payment
Got two wellness shots for my pet dog on 5/1. Veterinarian's office faxed claim the same day. Notified on 5/4 by email that Embrace had paid the claim and deposited the refund to my checking account. Everything was very promptly processed.

My Border Collie mix developed severe glaucoma and required surgery in both eyes. The Embrace staff was always helpful and courteous, I sent my first claims, relatively small ones for the local diagnosis and care, by mail. The review took several days, but i was able to keep track of it online. The surgery bill was faxed, and I was shortly notified of the direct deposit option. The smaller check arrived by mail, and the direct deposit was made a couple of days later. I received an e-mail to make sure that the mailed check had arrived. The fact that insurance covered the major expenses greatly eased the stress of her difficult treatment. She is the first dog I have ever insured, but if I get another, it will also be covered by Embrace. My only problem with the company is that I cannot upgrade her policy without making the glaucoma pre-existing, which of course I won't do.

Healthy Paws is an excellent company to insure your pet. It is easy to file a claim using your camera phone and claims are usually processed and checks in the mail within a week.I have not had any problems with Healthy Paws and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking pet health insurance.

These folks are just the greatest
Patches, our "Lovable Labradoodle" joined our family when she was 3 months old. Something told me I should have medical insurance for this very expensive bundle of fluff and love. I tore my hair out trying to compare various plans and by shear luck ended up selecting Healthy Paws. My vet files my claims for me and I get an email confirming receipt of the claim within 2 working days,also hoping Patches is feeling much better. Within a few days Patches gets an email telling her how sorry they are she isn't feeling welling and wishing they could give her a hug. They process claims faster than any insurance company I've ever worked with, keep me well informed of the progress and before I know it I have a check in the mail. They even sent Patches a Happy Birthday card. They are the type of company I dreamt existed but had never experienced before. Congratulations Healthy Paws from one very grateful dad.
