Very happy so far!

Embrace coverage for my dog Hayden started on 3/11. I took him in for his orthopedic exam and vaccinations which was costly. My claim was submitted, approved and paid in full all within one week. I am appealing his ortho exam as the vet was not specific enough on the paperwork she submitted so I had her resubmit it. I am hoping all goes well and he will be covered for any orthopedic issues. That is why I am giving it an 8. If they cover his ortho I would raise it to a 10. Their customer service is the best!!!

five star pet insurance

I'd never purchased a pet insurance policy before, but after my dog had knee surgery I realized the importance of coverage. The insurance is affordable and the customer service representatives are extremely communicative and helpful. Claims are simple to file and website is easy to navigate. I've recommended FIGO to numerous friends and relatives. I love that they send my pet a get well card after she's seen the vet too. What a special touch :-)

3000k + for Trupanion Pet Ins. over 3years = zero$

I bought this insurance for my three cats (two were still young and one a kitten). After my vet has submitted claim forms with all information clearly stated...we still are waiting for claim reimbursements. All I've received from Trupanion is a $70 (that's right...SEVENTY DOLLARS

Illness claim for UTI- Dalmatian

I have had Embrace for several years now for my 2 Dalmatians. In the past year I have had one dal with bladder stones and this one with ACL surgery and now a UTI/vaginitis. My vet fills out the form, it is sent and the claim is processed and I get an email in no time. I am so happy I picked Embrance. There is no hassel and my dogs are able to have medical care that they need. Although no one wants to think you need insurance, until the time the bill is expensive and then you wish you had it. Choose this company. they are people and pet friendly.

Great so far ....

We purchased Healthy Paws for our kitten as soon as we got her at 11 weeks old. One month later she had a bad gastro virus that required hospitalization. It was scary, but our kitten is fine now. Healthy Paws handled the claim very quickly and without any hassle. So far, we're very satisfied with their service, and while we're hoping we won't need to make any more claims for many years, it's great to know that we're covered. Also, and this should come as no surprise, we're very glad we didn't wait until our kitten was older before buying insurance.

Embrace is horrible

My dog had a limp from stepping on a piece of ice one day, he literally limped for one day. We took him to the vet for brain seizures and the vet asked if there was anything else. We said yes, he started limping yesterday after he stepped on a piece of ice. The limp was in no way related to the vet visit. He stopped limping the very next day. 11 months later he tore his ACL on the other leg. Embrace denied the claim saying because he limped for 1 day it was a pre-existing condition. And they told us for the appeal, we just needed a letter from the vet who saw him and noted the limp, saying that his slight limp that day was in no way related to his torn ACL on his other leg. The vet wrote this letters aging it was not related and did not cause his ACL injury. Embrace de lined it again. This company is horrible, absolutely worthless. When I asked what type of evidence the would have needed showing the two were not related since a statement from the Vet wasn't enough, they refused to give me an answer. Stay away from them, go with VPI or any other company. There is a reason Embrace is cheaper, it's because their service is horrible.

Great Program PRICES INSANE INCREASE

I have had no issues with Pets Best at all other than the fact that the insurance rate for one of my pets literally went up $30 a MONTH!!!! I am playing close to $90 a month now for a senior dog. The claims process is easy and they do all the work for you. I have had few issues with them over the past 3 years. My sole complaint would be the HUGE increase in prices over the last few months.

Only Good Experiences So Far

I signed up for Embrace when I got my dog 6 months ago because research gave me a good impression of the company. They have been so great helping me care for my dog. I think it's already been worth the investment already.

Quick claim processing and great coverage

Our one-year-old Golden Retriever puppy seems to have seasonal allergy issues. This spring, he's had ear infections, dermatitis, eye infections and always seems itchy. After treating each "illness" (which applied to our deductible), the vet recommended allergy testing. I was not optimistic that this would be covered so I contacted Embrace and was informed it was! Our pup had a full allergy screening and we only owed our co-pay out of the $450 cost! So happy we could do this for him without worrying about the expense! And the best part is the reimbursement was received within a couple days. So fast!
