Prompt & without hassle.

A large dog can mean large vet bills, especially when it comes to meds. My Mastiff has had an ongoing need for meds and Embrace has not balked at covering them. Their claim service is fast and hassle free. I originally purchased this insurance with the thought of hedging against catastrophic expenses, but I'm very glad I have for the smaller but on going expenses.

I was skeptical, but now I am sold

Of course, I would do anything for my dog - a 7.5 toy Pomeranian. My best friend. So I looked into pet insurance and everyone was ready to give you a quote. I was skeptical, read the reviews and took the dive. My dog rarely has anything wrong with him, and I take very good care of him. The few times I have used the insurance I am amazed at how quick and easy it is. I only wish my personal health insurance was handled so well and quickly. The last time I used my insurance, I dropped the claim form off at the vet (Legacy Pet Hospital in Liberty Lake, WA.) and she said she would take care of it. Two hours later I received an email that my claim was received, and in toot sweet my check arrived. Viola! There are so many choices to choose from for pet insurance, and I think I made the right decision.

Absolute assurance for my doggies health

I'm so grateful I will never have to make decisions for my fur babies based on money. Having insurance lets me know I can make the best decision for their care without having to worry. It gives me peace of mind when my babies are sick or hurt that I can give them be best care possible.

Such great customer service!

I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Healthy Paws. They have a great app that keeps the entire process of submitting claims super-convenient. My "senior" dog tore both his knees within a very short time of one another, causing two major surgeries. I was so impressed with how quickly Healthy Paws processed the claims. They even checked in on how my dog was healing, and I believe they genuinely care about the welfare of animals. I was so stressed by my dog's injuries; it was a relief knowing that I didn't have to be stressed out by the expenses of surgery, thanks to our insurance with Healthy Paws.

Amazing Customer Service

I was recommended to Healthy Paws by a fellow dog owner and I happened to receive a discount through my employer so we chose them initially. As a first time dog owner of a notoriously-prone to health problems breed, I wanted to be careful. From the beginning, setting up my account, submitting all of my dog's records, and submitting claims have been a breeze. Queso at first showed signs of a skin allergy which we had to submit claims for and everything was turned around fast and easy. The next scare was pnemonia - which required 2 days of hospitalization and a lot of care. Not only did they process the expensive claim fast, but they followed up with a personal message inquiring about Queso's health. Thank you Health Paws!

Very satisfied customer

I recently submitted 2 claims. One was for dental cleaning and the other was for overnight stays at the vet for joint issues with my dog. I received $200 reimbursement for a $500 claim and $175 for a $300 claim. I am very happy with my costs for my pet. I have to mention that their customer service is impeccable. They are always so helpful and very patient.

Very accurate, easy to file

We've had Embrace Insurance for our German Shepherd Dog for 5 years. After meeting all the timetables for pre-existing conditions, coverage has been as promised and expected. Appreciate the way Embrace makes it easy to file, and honors their commitment. To fit our budget, we purchased a high-deductible policy and for a few years didn't meet our deductible, but that was a good thing as our dog was very healthy. This year, however, she had a serious and costly illness and Embrace came through - we are glad we had insurance, as it enabled us to know we could afford to proceed with our dog's treatment when the issue first came up - and it looks like she is recovering nicely. Thanks, Embrace!

Service wins!

I can't tell you how happy I am with Healthy Paws! They lead their company with service excellence and when you become part of the Healthy Paws family, you join (and stay!) because of the level of service. It's not only easy to put in a claim, but I've also never had any issues receiving a reimbursement quickly. The claims are reviewed soon after you submit it and the check is in your hands within a week. Beyond the basic premise of doing and providing what you pay Healthy Paws for, they actually care about you and your pet. For example, my baby Luna (a 3 year old pit mix pup), recently tore her ACL and after submitting the claim for her surgery, Tim from their amazing client services department reached out to check in on how her recovery was going. He didn't have to do this, but he went just one simple step above and beyond what I expected and really personalized our experience with HealthyPaws. I rave about Healthy Paws to anybody that will listen! Their service is second to none and we are so lucky to have them as our insurance provider.
