Trupanion was wonderful during a very stressful time

Trupanion was wonderful during a very stressful time when my sweet golden retriever had emergency surgery for an abdominal mass they covered exactly what they had said 90 percent of actual charges, they were efficient and subsequent claims for ongoing treatment were approved within 12 hours. Because of Trupanion I can provide for Sasha for whatever she needs.

The BEST coverage for your pet hands down

I had only been with Trupanion for 6 months. Then my puppy ran into a problem and had to go to the ER. Through the whole ordeal which included surgery and a few days in the hospital the only thing Trupanion said was "Do whatever your pet needs to take care of him." I can not tell you enough how AWESOME it is to hear a insurance company actually act like an insurance company should with their only concern for my pets health. You have a fan and advocate for your services for life! Thank you Trupanion!

Pet's Best is really Best!

I have two cats who have been ill several times requiring vet visits and diagnostics. My claims have always been handled swiftly, fairly and payment made in a couple of weeks. Peace of mind certainly is worth the price of the premium.

Lameness

While on an afternoon walk last fall, my dog and I were attacked by 2 pittbulls. My dog had some surface wounds that we treated at home, but unfortunately, he was hurt a lot internally. He was no longer able to jump and when he ran, he fell over howling in pain and couldn't walk . We had to often carry him up and down stairs too. It's been a long journey finding the right course of treatment for him. With Embrace's help we were able to get the help we needed. Our dog has recovered some mobility and is on the healing path now. Thank you!

Ridiculously Easy

I find it sad that my human health insurance denies every claim, argues with me endlessly and generally makes my life miserable, and my dog's insurance was the easiest thing to deal with ever. I signed up for Healthy Paws shortly after adopting my pitbull Ivy, and sent in all her medical records. About a year later she tore both her CCL's - I got the left leg done first because it was in worse shape. After the surgery all I had to do was take a picture of her invoices and send them via the healthy paws app. Within ONE WEEK there was a check in the mailbox totaling about $5,500 - 90% of the cost of the surgery. Without it there's no way I could have afforded to get it done. There was no arguing over the phone with anyone, no paperwork, no loopholes, nothing. Just a check in the mail. Totally blew my mind. I would absolutely recommend them.

ASPCA Pet Health Ins. is a God send!

My mixed breed Golden Retriever Sugarbear has had numerous medical problem in the past few years. I understand that she is now 14 years old and is in her retirement age. The qualified people at ASPCA have been there for me all the way. Helping with my claims & also phone calls to follow up on her recovery. And even asked how I was doing. Just can't say enough good things about them Highly Recommended!!!!

Awesome!

I've had my new puppy Riley for three weeks. Previously I owned three dogs over an expanse of 30 years and had no insurance with any of those dogs. My dogs are my family; therefore I do not compromise on providing them the quality care they need which has included visits to canine cardiologists, canine ophthalmologists, as well as covering the costs for two canine ACL surgeries just to name a few incidents. I have watched over the years as veterinary costs have escalated through the roof. Thirty years ago it was not like it is today. It concerns me the victims of escalating vet care costs are none other than our beloved pets. Unless you're a wealthy individual, responsible average-earner individuals will choose in the future not to take on pet ownership in order to avoid taking on its associated financial burden, and irresponsible individuals - well many can't even take care of themselves. After my last pet passed, I seriously questioned if I wanted to assume the financial responsibility again. Years ago pet insurance was nothing more than a discount program with major loopholes written into the policies that favored the insurance company. Before getting my new puppy, I decided to give pet insurance another look and that's when I discovered Embrace, a real pet insurance carrier that administers a plan somewhat similar to how health coverage is managed for individuals. Many people think they can't afford health insurance because they want first-dollar coverage, so they don't buy any coverage. Insurance is for worst-case scenarios, i.e., catastrophic coverage. For me, I felt I could manage a reasonable out-of-pocket expenditure so I opted to purchase a $500 deductible / 70% coverage / $5,000 annual limit plan. I also purchased the Wellness Plan as the coverage offered at zero deductible is outstanding especially for a puppy's first year. Now I rest comfortably knowing that a significant illness or injury isn't going to devastate my finances. I give kudos to Embrace for offering such a quality product.

Love Figo!

I have had nothing but a good experience so far! I do a lot of research when it comes to making decisions and I'm so happy that I chose Figo. Their customer service has been amazing! They even sent my dog a get well card when we found out she was sick and eventually had cancer. Their pet cloud is very easy to use and I love how everything is just right there when you need it and it's so easy to submit a claim! If you are looking for a good insurance, choose figo!

Astoundingly Easy

I've said it before and I'll say it again: it's insane that my dog insurance is so much better than my human insurance in every conceivable way. I signed up for Healthy Paws shortly after adopting my pitbull Ivy. I sent in all her medical records (it's important to do this so that your first claim goes smoothly). Well about a year later she tears both of her ACL's. I got the left leg done first because it was torn the most, and after the surgery all I had to do was take a picture of her invoices and send them via the healthy paws app. Literally within one week there was a check in the mailbox totaling about $5,500 - 90% of the cost of the surgery. Without it there's no way I could have afforded to get it done. without the insurance. There was no arguing over the phone with anyone, no paperwork, no loopholes, nothing. Just a check in the mail. Totally blew my mind. I would definitely recommend them, and I highly recommend you get the insurance as soon as possible, especially if you have an accident prone dog.
