First Impression-Very Positive
My first experience with Pet Insurance. Very pleasant experience so far. Easy to sign up- love the Wellness Claim option. First claim was very easy to complete and it was processed in a timely manner. Would recommend to any of my friends considering Pet Health Insurance.

Great Company, Great Service!!
I no longer have to consider the care of my Dog as a financial decision. During a recent Vet visit, the Vet recommended two different tests to diagnose the skin problem our dog, Lucy, was having. In past years, I would have weighed the cost and chosen the lesser expensive test to minimize the expense. Now I can decide with my Veteranry Professional, the best course of action because we know we are covered. Claims are easy to file and the response time is excellent. I could not be happier with Nationwide and I recommend this insurance to all of my friends.

Very helpful
It is very helpful for us seniors who are on fixed diets and it allows us to keep our pet. Our dog got bronchitis and if it was for insurance it would have meant a very sick dog with us trying to self medicate or going with out grocerys. Wish price didn't increase with age it makes it harder on us

I have had it with Embrace finding one excuse after another not to cover my pets claims!!!! I have 4 pets with you and every time I submit something there is an issue!!! Why do I need your insurance? I might as well put the $81 a month in the bank, so I will have a way to cover their issues that arise that you don't feel you should pay. Like a ruptured cyst on my dogs tail that may need amputation at some point? Or my cat need anesthesia because he had lesions in his mouth requiring 8 teeth to be pulled and probably more later? You viewed anesthesia as not medically necessary, because they also cleaned what was left of his teeth! You know, because that would have been comfortable for them to keep him awake and alert for that procedure!! So done with EMBRACE and their lack of respect for my pets problems. Why did I sign on for this if you were going to find an excuse not to cover every claim???

Great Insurance - Very Responsive
We have had Embrace Pet Insurance for the past year and a half. We currently have three dogs covered under both the insurance and their wellness program. Fortunately, we have not needed to use our insurance much, but the last few months have been one thing after another. Despite some of the high claims we have had to submit, the process has always been very smooth and efficient, payments have been timely, and the customer service has always been phenomenal.

You get what you pay for!
The insurance that we have is not the cheapest. You could find another company that is but at the end of the day it is the claims service that matters the most. You guys have been superior with this respect. I email my claim submission. Your process it and direct deposit into my account. When our French Bulldog had to have emergency spinal surgery we were able to concentrate on what mattered and not worry about the bill. She means the world to us. Thank you for giving us the peace of mind we needed during this time.
