Embrace is impressive and efficient
I decided to get pet insurance as I saw the forms at my vet's office. I chose Embrace. I did not expect that I would need to use it but as fate had it, one of my pets came down with a complicated chest / snout condition which has taken thousands of dollars to investigate and treat. Embrace surpassed expectations. Timely emails. Timely review and payment. Follow up. All easily accessible. Much easier than working with my regular health insurance. Two thumbs up.

healthy paws is the best!!
Healthy Paws is the best! When we have our Frenchie at 3months old, we were searching for a right health insurance carrier for him. After reviewed several different companies, we have decided to go with Healthy Paws. OMG, we are glad to make that decision. Our Frenchie had issues with "cherry" eye (both eyes). After several visits to vet hospital, and veterinarian stronlgy suggested that he needs a surgery, otherwise it will get worse (poor little guys, he was 10 months old). Can you imaging how much it would cost to us for the surgery? Bottom line, the surgery was successful. We submitted all the claims to Healthy Paws and reimbursement within a week(90% of the surgery cost). Our Frenchie vision is back to normal. Thank you Healty Paws!!!!!

Pancreatitis
Our eleven months beagle suddenly started vomiting blood. We took him to the vet and it was recognized by pancreatitis. The cost of examinations and treatment was over $1000, and the vomiting repeated a few times in the next weeks, which were again costly. We are happy that we had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance, which covered 90% of expenses and helped us deal with the problem effectively. Healthy Paws has great staff and the claim process is very fast and convenient.

IF THERE WAS A HIGHER REVIEW THAN 10,EMBRACE WOULD RECEIVE IT FROM US!! THE KEY TO THEIR SUCCESS IS THEIR COMPASSION WHEN WORKING WITH PET OWNERS. THEY UNDERSTAND THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PETS AND THEIR OWNERS AND TREAT THEM AS FAMILY MEMBERS AND NOT JUST AS A NAME ON A POLICY. HOPE THEY NENER GROW SO BIG THEY LOSE SIGHT OF THIS!

Enamel Hypoplasia and Fractured Canine & Incisor
My dog fractured 2 teeth and was also dealing with enamel loss on must of his teeth. I filed my first claim on a Wednesday and 48 hours later received an email from Trupanion staying they would be covering $1,841, which was 90% after the deductible. The check came one week after the email. I am so thankful for Trupanion!

Leg Injury from Dog Park
My puppy was at the Dog Park when she let out a yelp which caused all dogs and pet owners to come running. We couldn't determine what happened but a couple of days later I noticed a puncture wound in her leg. The vet said it was infected so she drained it and with the help of antibiotics, my westie is feeling better and her wound it healing nicely. Kudos to TRUPANION which was VERY RESPONSIVE to my claim.

First Claim with Embrace
I took my dog into the vet for his regular check up after singing up for insurance and the wellness plan. I sent in a claim form for his wellness check up, my first claim with this company. I was updated and emailed throughout the process and have been informed that my check is on its way. This was the quickest and easiest process I've ever done and I look forward to the future with Embrace.

Emergency bowel obstructions surgery
My dog got into the garbage and required an emergency bowel obstruction surgery. The costs of this surgery were around the $5000 mark and without my insurance we would not have been ableTo afford it. The process of creating and submitting a claim was very easy and I received my money within a week of the surgery. Mojo is doing Great and recovering well. We are 3 weeks post surgery. The process was way easier than I anticipated. Glad I chose trupanian.
