Awesome service for our little guy (chihuahua)!
This is only our second year with Embrace. We have had two claims, both claims handled extremely quickly and the coverage was amazing. Our little dog is like one of our kids and having this insurance gives us an enormous amount of peace of mind. The claims were emailed in and we received a notification within hours that the claim was being reviewed and processed. Within 2 weeks we received an email that the claim was processed and we received the covered expenses within days of that email. This service is truly THE BEST. Thank you Embrace !

Very dependable
We've had Embrace since we adopted our dog in 2007. While he had very few problems when he was young, there was an occasional injury or illness. Embrace was always very prompt to review our claims. He's now 10 years old and the health problems are more frequent. Embrace continues to be very dependable when reviewing our claims. They are also very prompt in submitting payments when approved.

Thank Goodness for ASPCA pet insurance
My new dog, Samantha, a rescue; came to me with double hip dysplasia. I knew this was a pre existing condition and wouldn't be covered but having lived through other dogs and cats and sometimes struggling with vet bills, I decided to get pet insurance and believe in the good work the ASPCA does so I chose them. Samantha developed diarrhea off and on and went from being able to eat about anything to regularly developing intolerances to food. My vet finally said we have to do an expensive test to find out if it's her pancreas. It was and I am adjusting her food to accomodate her condition. BEcause of the pet insurance I felt no hesitation to submit her to this test to find out the truth. She is going to a specialist tomorrow to see if there is anything else we need to do to help her. Without this insurance, I would be worried all the time about upcoming vet bills and deciding what was important and what was not based on what I could afford. Now I can give my pets the very best care I can knowing it will be covered. The people at this company call to ask about SAmantha. They really seem to care and urge me to submit claims even if they may be turned down. They are quick to reimburse me on all covered services and meds. It is just a top notch company and I recommend them to everyone.

Great pet insurance
Luckily I haven't had any catastrophic events with my dog but I want to share how value-added Embrace is. The insurance is reasonable and helps to offset blood work, etc. In addition the Wellness coverage pays for itself in preventive meds alone (Heartgard, Frontline), even training.The customer service is prompt and friendly.

When your dog is over 8 they raise your rate
My dog turned 8 last year, and my insurance rate went up 10 dollars. This year when he turned 9, it went up almost 15 dollars. I never used the insurance and have had it for 4 years. I finally canceled and they didn't even put up a fight which leads me to believe they wanted me to cancel.

Consistently fast, accurate, and WORTH IT!
My English Bulldog is 5 years old and has been covered by Trupanion since we brought him home as a pup. This insurance has paid for itself at least twice over. They cover exactly what they say they will and everything is stated very clearly in their policy. They are always quick to reimburse me and they have even pre-approved charges for surgeries I had scheduled ahead of time. They communicate with me and with the veterinarians very clearly and quickly and they require very little time and effort when putting claims in. I tell everyone I know with pets to use Trupanion and everyone who has taken my advice has thanked me for the suggestion. I honestly could not have had a better experience with them so far. The monthly premiums for pets in my area have gone up, but they have also gone down! Overall it's been an increase, which is to be expected, but I couldn't believe when they told me the rate would be going down for a while. This is one of the easiest companies to communicate with and they have saved me a lot of money. I can't recommend them enough.

Healthy paws has allowed me to provide care for my dog that I wouldn't be able to on my own. below is an email I sent to healthy paws after I had to get multiple exams and X-rays for my dog. Good afternoon, I am not writing you today with any questions or complaints. This email to you is just to say thank you. Because of this company, I am able to give my dog the care that she deserves, but I could never afford. I never foresaw any of these medical problems she has today, and with every claim I file, I think in the back of my head, will they accept it? Are they going to find a reason to drop me? And every time I get the email saying my claim has been completed, I am reminded of how great you guys are. So again, thank you for your continued support. It means everything to me, my pup, and so many others. I am forever grateful,
