My breeder purchased the first month of pet insurance for my puppy. I continued the coverage after that time and I have received excellent service and follow up with questions I had regarding the policy. When I submit a claim they respond quickly and I receive my payment within 5 days. They offer a variety of coverages and provide a personal touch by sending newsletters with helpful information about pet care. The owner has sent me emails thanking me for my business. I would highly recommend this company!!

Saved the Day- Excellent
Wonderful service. 3 year old Havanese got sick and needed ongoing visits and tests to determine what was going on and to get him treated. Over $1200 spent to get him back to good health and Embrace came through and got our claims paid. SO THANKFUL to have THIS pet insurance.

Embrace is amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They helped us with our dog's ACL repair -- without the coverage we could not have afforded it. Before her operation we tried to manage things conservatively, but to no avail... She is only 2 and couldn't walk. She had her operation about 8 weeks ago now and she's doing so extremely well! She's walking and was just given the ok to do stairs again. THANK GOODNESS for Embrace! They never give us push back, always cover what they say they will, and they are kind and helpful through the whole process. They reimbursed us within 1 week.

I can't say enough great things about Embrace Pet Insurance! They really are there when you need them! I recently enrolled my cat in Embrace Pet Insurance, a week later my Lilly Girl had her wellness check-up and to my horror the veterinarian discovered that her canine tooth was fractured! I called Embrace to find out what I needed to do. Every person that I spoke to at Embrace was so compassionate, understanding, and very professional. They clearly explained what I needed to do so they could process my claims; the Wellness Visit and Surgical Extraction of a Canine Tooth. They were fast and efficient! Lilly and I look forward to many years as an Embrace member! Embrace has our backs! Just get the insurance and you will know what I'm talking about! Embrace is just full of AWESOMENESS!

Highly Recommended....
I purchased Embrace Insurance on the word of my sister-in-law for my newly adopted Beagle. I thank her every day. My furbaby recently had chocolate poisoning and an accident hurting her neck and a tear to her ACL. This Insurance has been wonderful and processed my claims within 4 weeks. My baby now has to undergo surgery and I know Embrace will be there for us. This Company will always be there when needed. I recommend Embrace.

Kennel Cough Illness
I just filed my first claim with Embrace after getting my coverage last year. They processed my claim quickly and I received my reimbursement in less than a week. I will say however I am disappointed about their pre-existing policing. Though I understand why this is in place it was frustrating in my dog's case. When I got my insurance policy, they had noticed that my dog had been sick with vomitting about 9 months prior but was not diagnosed with anything (the vet found nothing wrong with him besides just a tummy ache) Embrace however listed vomitting as a pre-existing condition on my policy and will not pay for anything related to vomiting. Vomitting however is a VERY common symptom of a variety of illness up to major things like cancer... Therefore when my dog got sick with kennel cough and was gagging uncontrollably which made him vomit I was worried about my claim and not getting re-reimbursed... And I worried about taking him to the vet because of the price. Thankfully Embrace covered all of the vet bill except his nausea medicine so it was better than nothings.

Always get fast, prompt & courteous service!
My vet's office submits my claim(s) to Embrace and I immediately get an email acknowledging that they have received my claim. I get a follow-up email saying the claim is being processed and the link where I can follow-up to see the status of the claim. I love Embrace. I had another Pet Insurance carrier before and they were satisfactory and all good at the beginning and then it just went downhill. Embrace answers your inquiries immediately. I have recommended them to my friends and even to the staff at my vet's office.

When my 6 year old Golden Retriever started limping, we thought he might have pulled a muscle. We weren't prepared for a torn ACL or Canine cruciate ligament tear, our vet tried to heal it without surgery but we quickly realized it wasn't going to be enough. After surgery and months of physical therapy he was slowly getting better but wasn't making the improvement we hoped for. At his 3 month xrays they get said things looked stable but at 6 months the unimaginable happened the plate slipped and popped out through the skin. An emergency vet visit, emergency surgery to remove the plate and install and pin and start all over again with physical therapy and he is finally starting to feel like his old self. Though it all, Embrace stood by us. The claim paperwork was easy to file, the claims were paid out quickly. They never argued about how much physical therapy our dog needed, or said which vet we could or could not use. They didn't raise our rates after the first year and over $5500 worth of claim pay outs. So far our vet bills have been over $8000 just for this injury. We have all three of our pets covered by Embrace, best decision I ever made. My advice, sign up your pet now, you never know what they will get in to and you never want to be faced with enuthanizing or giving up your pet to a rescue because you can't afford the vet bills.

Honest, prompt and dependable service
My English Mastiff, who we were planning on breeding suddenly became ill, low blood platelets (could bleed out), then jaundice, then a bleeding ulcer. We were on a roller coaster, blood tests daily, a trip to Georgia Veterinary Specialists for an ultrasound because of her size (197#). 3 weeks of daily visits to our vet and the bills were adding up fast. By the end of the 2nd week I was receiving checks for 80% of what I had paid. Better than my health insurance!
