This insurance has been amazing!

I feel assured that my pet is covered every time we visit the vet for an appointment. When I have questions I get a response fast and I can even email a questions and it is still responded to in a timely manner.

Excellent & Reliable Coverage for Cancer

We have had our English bulldogs covered by Embrace for several years now. Unfortunately, two months ago, our 10-year-old bulldog (Bauer) collapsed and was rushed to the emergency vet, where he was diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. Since then, he has been undergoing weekly chemotherapy treatment under the care of a pet oncologist. I have submitted 7 claims over the past 8 weeks, all related to Bauer's cancer diagnosis and treatment. Embrace has approved all of the claims without issue, paying out over $3200 during that timeframe. Just as importantly, I have been receiving my reimbursement deposits in a timely manner, about one week after each claim is submitted. We purchased policies with Embrace to help us in the event that one of our dogs suffered a serious injury or illness requiring expensive treatment. Embrace has been fulfilling their end of the bargain with this cancer diagnosis, and has made a difficult situation easier for us. I highly recommend them, and plan to be a customer for life.

Overall ExperienceSo you just deny my claim? What

Stay Away! I'm in the military and move around a lot. For some reason they didn't have my pets full medical history and I've been paying them for two years and made no claims. Now that I need the insurance, they denied everything. They requested the medical history from my previous vet on 3 Aug. On 5 Aug, they denied my claims because the vet hadn't sent the requested info, yet. Really...two days. No followup call or anything. Just deny all my claims.

Wonderful, Caring Customer Service!

Logan somehow injured his back the night before I was to leave to attend my Mom's memorial service. We spent that night at the emergency vet, where he received excellent care. His recheck visit with our regular vet took place while I was gone, thanks to some wonderful friends. I submitted his claims once I returned home and they were promptly processed without any question. Logan has been covered by Embrace for 5 years and we've always received excellent service and everyone I have ever talked with in customer service has been extremely nice—more like a family member. Thanks for caring; I feel good knowing you all are in our corner!

Best decision ever.

After getting a second (and eventually, a third) dog, I decided that pet insurance might be a good investment, as potential vet bills for 3 active dogs can add up quick. I did a lot of research and found Figo, and went with them because of all the benefits. Recently I had a few issues with my oldest dog, leading to a few visits to our vet, and eventually visit to an emergency vet for $2500. With all my claims, they were completed within a week, and the rep is always happy to answer my questions. My experience with customer service has been awesome too, and I've been recommending this company to everyone I know.

ASPCA has been awesome so far with Sadie & Sophie.

Sadie just had a severe stomach illness. I really don't know how to spell it. However, it was so serious that if not treated immediately she would go into profound shock and die!!! She was hospitalized for seven days. They even came to the house on a Sunday to treat her. I was very scared as I had just had to put my golden down because of a brain tumor. Sadie is doing very well physically as I type. Just emotional about the loss of her brother as we all are.As soon as the claim was submitted I received an e-mail from ASPCA that they had received the claim. It wasn't long after that I received a check. It's great to know that I now have a very good and reliable pet insurance for my girls. I've had other pet ins. that was awful. Always an excuse not to pay any claims, but they sure want their premium. If and when we are lucky enough to get another Golden Retriever it will be added on with Sadie & Sophie. My dogs will get what ever they need. However, it is nice to know that there is an ins. out there that really takes care of your pets. They also call and appear to be very sincere, about how your pet is doing now. I think it's the best that I have had an experience with. I have tried 5 other insurances through the years. They sucked and the ones that did pay took 3 to 4 months to get anything out of them.
