My experience was extremely positive. Filled out the claim forms with attached invoices and faxed it all in. Claims were processed in about a week and checks received a few days afterward.

It was very good not having to worry about if I could afford the treatment my pet needed. I understood and could afford what was my part of the expense, and did not need to worry that I would have a later fight on my hands obtaining the proportion expected from my Insurer. Another great experience
I was so happy when Embrace covered my dog's hip surgery. When he didn't recover as quickly as I hoped, I took him to 3 weeks of physical therapy. I thought it might be a stretch, but I submitted my receipts along with the receipts for his post op pain medicines. I was so happy to see that they covered my claim again. This pet insurance has more than paid for itself in just a few short months. Thanks Embrace!

Healthy Paws is 5 Star
We have been subscribed to a Healthy Paws policy for nearly two years and have found them to be outstanding in the two instances we have had to deal with the team. Trupanion has been fast, efficient, professional and kind while dealing with me and my dog'semergency surgeries.
We were dealing with a very sick dog who had swallowed a sock. Trupanion helped us financially as they said they would and I had my refund within 3-4 days! Unheard of!! Highly recommend them to all pet owners. No run around or stalling at all! Highly professional and when they say something, they do it and stand behind their name and reputation.

Trupanion is the most compassionate animal insurance available, compensation is quick ,personnel are caring and considerate and easy to get in touch with. Love Embrace -- great customer service!
My male dog has had first testicular cancer (he was a cryptorchid and we never knew!) and now cancer in his lymph nodes, so his care has definitely been expensive! Having Embrace takes such a weight off my shoulders to not worry about money. Their coverage is great, submitting claims is easy, and reimbursements are extremely prompt. Plus, their customer service is awesome -- I'm always able to get someone on the phone who can help right away.
