I Have Been With Pets Best For…
I have been with Pets Best for years. I have never had any issues with my claims, for my 10 Year old Labradoodle, Ruby. In the last two years, I had to submit numerous claims for knee surgery, achilles surgery, and a mast cell tumor. Plus Holistic Health care to keep her aligned. Pets Best has helped me keep my Ruby healthy, by helping me pay for all of her surgeries, meds and exams that were needed. Thank-you Pets Best!

No one is better!
I was looking for a link on your site called "sing our praises" because I cannot say enough good things about Healthy Paws Pet Insurance! My two dogs have been with you for years (collectively about 9 years) and I cannot think of one negative comment I could make. I have referred you so many times I cannot count. I've also explained to many pet owners the differences between you and others, such as "actual" and "usual and customary" payments. You would be very surprised how many people don't understand the difference. Also how many other companies have an annual and/or lifetime cap. My Charlie "almost" needed ACL surgery but my wonderful surgeon suggested to try PT first. After almost 30 sessions, the latter with added laser treatments, he's walking great! I'm still concerned about him and watching him very carefully, but he seems to be doing fine. Not ONCE was a bill questioned or turned down by you! In fact, with both my dogs, you have never questioned or turned down any treatments, medications, nothing! I hate to admit it, but my two dogs have better health care insurance than I do!!! The best part is that you are no more expensive than any other insurer for comparable coverage!

Awesome, easy pet insurance
My dog has both the wellness plan and the other plan they offer. We have had insurance with embrace since she was 3 months old and now she is over 2 years. They have covered all of her vaccinations, her spay, and I have not ever had a claim that wasn't covered. The process is super easy and I like having that peace of mind knowing if I had to take my little girl in for an emergency I won't have to worry about the cost because I know embrace will reimburse me quickly.

Healthy Paws is an excellent insurance company for dogs
My lab had TPLO surgery for a tear in the right knee. The claim was submitted to Healthy Paws directly by the Vet. I was notified immediately by Healthy Paws that the claim was being processed. I received a check in the mail within a week. The reimbursement was paid exactly what I signed up for with no surprises. The whole experience was excellent. It really helped that the claims were processed so quickly since this was during the holiday season. Last year, my lab had torn her left knee and Healthy Paws processed paid those claims in a similar excellent fashion! I would not hesitate to purchase insurance through Healthy Paws.
