Great Customer Service, Excellent Coverage
I have been extremely impressed with not only the convenience of having pet insurance through Embrace and the user friendly internet site, but the caring and attentive customer service members that really make every phone call and email so pleasant. On top of everything, for such a reasonable monthly rate to be reimbursed for a significant portion of our bills is such a relief and I will be recommending Embrace to everyone I know!

Quick and Thorough
My first claim was a success! With a new puppy and multiple appointments scheduled in a year, we went with the additional wellness option and were pleased to receive notification in less than two weeks that the majority of my puppy's visit would be covered. Now we're just waiting on the check! Thanks Embrace, for being quick and keeping the process detailed in the claims area of your website. I love that I can click to find all the information! So far, so good!

Love love love Embrace
I've been with Embrace for about 5 years now, and I love it. The premiums are very affordable, and they are VERY quick to process claims. My cat Bender usually likes to get sick once a year, so if I take him to the vet on Saturday, I can expect to have the claim paid off and in my account by Friday. I recommend to everybody who has a pet (or several) as well as my old and new vets.

Could not be happier !
We were searching for new pet insurance since all three of our rescue pets were on three separate plans most of the plans only covered up to a certain amount and one of the plans sky rocketed so we felt doomed! After weeks of searching we found Figo, the plans, deductibles etc. fit our budget and it has a cool app! So we signed all three up, I was reassured when I went to my vet an told the girls at the front I had new insurance they said OH forget it your not going to get anything back everything will be Pre-exsisting my little one has $500 worth of X-ray last week it was so simple I took a photo of our invoice and off it went into our Figo ICloud with in 5 days I was contacted an told I have reached our deductible and that Pebbles visits were not considered Pre exsisting an we will be getting some money back !! Figo has been amazing ! I highly recommend I feel at ease and I know we have made the correct choice !! Thank you Figo Team!!! We also love 💕Our Figo pet tags too !!!

How Much Like family Embrace Has Been.
The staff at embrace are always very helpful. Our little dog Auddie got sick. Embrace were there every step of the way. Auddie didn't make it,the amount of love and consideration shown to our family by embrace is immeasurable.

Worth Every Penny!
My 2 y/o Swissy ate some sort of plastic (new/under construction neighborhood) and couldn't stop vomiting. We had to take her to the ER for X-rays and Ultrasound. Thankfully nothing was stuck and surgery was avoided. Having the option for the insurance check to go directly to the hospital was a LIFE SAVER! I didn't have to fork over the $1500+ that night, and I only had to worry about my 10% co-pay.

Trupanion for Pet Insurance
I have been more than thrilled with the coverage and service from Trupanion. They approve claims within minutes of my vet submitting the claim for approval, they promptly email me notification of the approval, and they have paid out every claim promptly. I am so glad I chose this plan over all others

We have PetsHealth Insurance for a few years. It gives us peace of mind knowing that our Sofia has health insurance. Most recently she went to the vet for a followup checkup and a couple of vaccines. The total vet bill was $79.00. Insurance paid $40.60.
