Healthy paws pet insurance is my hero!
Healthy paws pet insurance is the absolute best insurance company I've ever had the pleasure of working with. My 7 month old yellow lab had to have emergency surgery and not only was making a claim extremely easy (they have an easy to use app for your phone) but we received a reimbursement check within 10 days! They were even kind enough to inquire about my pets recovery and health. I could not be happier with Healthy Paws insurance and will be recommending them to every pet owner I know! Trupanion Saves The Day
Trupanion covered over $4,000 in charges stemming from my young puppy's battle with vomitting/diarrea and subsequent exploratory surgery and biopsies. I honestly don't know what we would have done without insurance. Trupanion is a MUST HAVE, when starting your life off with your pet, as you never know what obstacles may lie ahead.

Healthy Paws is hands down the best pet insurance company in existence! They couldn't be any better. This is coming from someone who works in the insurance industry herself, so I know what good insurance looks like. Healthy Paws is the most affordable and has the best coverage. I only pay $16 a month per kitten. With other companies I did price quotes on, It would have been $40 a month per kitten. Best of all, Healthy Paws recently made a very traumatic night, not quite so traumatic. My little boy, Phillip, spiked a 106 degree fever. I bawled my eyes out in the vet's arms, I couldn't eat, I couldn't sleep. The one bright spot in that horrible night was knowing that I would be partially reimbursed for the $1,200 medical bill I was putting in my credit card. Fortunately, my little boy pulled through and was able to come home, where he belongs, the next morning. Healthy Paws processed my claim and mailed me a check all in less than a week. They paid for everything they said they would without argument. They didn't even raise my preimum, which they apparently never do for making claims. THEN, they sent me an email, with no hidden agenda, but to simply ask how Phillip was doing. That was going above and beyond. THE BEST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. 50 million stars out of 10. If you love your furbaby, show them how much you love by insuring them with Healthy Paws. They WILL be there for your baby in the darkest hour.

Premium up 35% this year but still worth having
Over five years the premium for our dog has increased from $35 to now $64 per month. It has more than paid for itself to date. I am disappointed with such a high increase this year, but would not do without it. They have been very good at paying on a variety of claims, good communication with the vet and timely payouts. Due to such a high premium increase this year, I chose to rate it an eight. I have been in the same area, using the same vet for the entire time, so a change of locale can't be the reason for the price increase.

Wish they were my insurer
I couldn't be happier with this company and I recommend them to any and EVERYONE getting a new pet. Not having pet insurance simply isn't responsible when it's as cheap as Healthy Paws is. I'll never have to make a financial decision about the health of my pets ever again. On top of that, the claims service is ridiculous (never taken more than a week to get reimbursed) and their customer service is outstanding. They havent denied me for anything (and one of my dogs has had quite a few claims).

I am so pleased with EMBRACE!
Embrace really makes it easy. I have been getting ongoing reimbursement for my older dog's arthritis - including acupuncture and other treatments - easy peasy to submit forms and get prompt reimbursement.Recently, my 3 year old Leonberger had a scary episode with recurrent regurgitation and a high fever. I had a few emergency visits, saw quite a few vets, and submitted all of the paperwork with copies of the reports given to me by the vets. Everything was paid for promptly! I tell everyone I know about Embrace as it is a fabulous company.

The Best!
My goldie was diagnosed with a thyroid tumor, very rare in dogs and not located in a good place. I did a lot of research as far as what the best treatment would be. I finally decided that surgery was the best route but emotionally I was devastated. I called PetsBest to determine my coverage and got the most compassionate representative. She even emailed me the claim form because I think that she wasn't sure that I could download it in my present state of mind. Jak came through the surgery with flying colors. I faxed my bills, and received an email stating that PetsBest received them. Within a week I received 80% of the cost direct deposit. I couldn't be happier.
