Great service so far....
Great service so far... Our little girl fell off her cat tree and hurt her leg and unfortunately needs surgery, they have been very helpful with everything. Very timely manor on paying their claims. Highly recommended

Definitely Worth it!
Embrace was a great decision. My dog Finnegan was recently switched to Interceptor and has had bad reactions - persistent vomiting, etc. This lead to multiple x-rays, nausea medicine, and visits. The costs really add up. Embrace has covered everything and makes it super easy to submit claims and reimburse you quickly!

Excellent service and response time
My male lab had a torn ACL requiring expensive surgery (over $4K). Trupanion paid the full 90% of the bill less the deductible. I'm surprised and happy. Now I have all 3 dogs insured for slightly over $100/month. The customer service reps are the best! They are helpful and pleasant to talk to. Everyone seems to have pets and good stories. Got reimbursed in under 10 days.

Excellent service and response time

I have had Embrace insurance for my dog for about almost 2 years, and unfortunately, have had to submit several claims, but each and every one of them were handled quickly and professionally. In addition, there was an issue with a determination by the company based on medical records provided for my dog, and after bringing the issue to their attention, they revised the determination of coverage, which was greatly appreciated, and the right thing to do. Thank you for great service!

Trupanion is the best insurance company of any kind with whom I've ever done business! They are extremely responsive, helpful and compassionate. We signed up for insurance when our pet was 4 and wondered if we were wasting our money. The answer was no!! Our Labrador retriever developed cancer at the age of 10 and underwent many diagnostic tests, a month of radiation, and one chemo treatment. The costs were close to $30,000. Trupanion responded to our first claim in 2 weeks with a check for 90% of the cost, minus our deductible. They responded to all follow-up claims within 2 days with our reimbursement checks. They were extremely helpful and responsive. Unfortunatley, our sweet dog passed away, but we were comforted by a hand written, personalized sympathy card from Trupanion. When we get our next dog, we will definitely sign up for their insurance again!

Pet health insurance a must!
I have had Petshealth Care plan for many years and I"m very glad I do. They have been there to answer questions, are always concerned about my satisfaction and paid for my claims quickly. With the cost of veterinary services so high, it's imperative to have insurance on your pet. This one is the best.
