So Impressed!
My dog tore her ACL and needed surgery (over $3000). I submitted the doctor's notes and invoice to Healthy Paws and the claim was quickly settled exactly as advertised for my plan - there were no unexpected "exclusions". I continue to be super impressed with this company and have recommended it to others. Following surgery, the vet recommended physical therapy/rehab on my dog's knee and Healthy Paws covered that too!

Thank goodness for Embrace!
I noticed Gabe wasn't seeing out of his left eye. He had an appointment for his regular checkup so his vet referred me to the Animal Eye Care vet. Gabe had a corneal ulcr and needed emergency surgery ASAP to save the eye. It was a fast decision but knowing I had Embrace made it easier to say yes right away knowing he would be covered. Everything worked out perfect. He has been recovering well. Thanks to Embrace it was a stress and financial burden avoided. They were so very helpful, as always, and completed Gabe's claim most efficiently.

So Happy with Healthy Paws
Our 7 month old lab puppy ate a sock and it caused an obstruction requiring emergency surgery to remove it, very expensive! So pleased with my decision to choose Healthy Paws Insurance, what a relief to only be responsible for 20% of that total bill......They have even sent me personalized emails to check on my pup after surgery, claims accepted quickly with reimbursement coming within days!!

Great protection for my pups and my finances
I insisted to my husband that we get pet insurance for our beloved border collies. They were both in perfect health at the time (Sparkle - 4 years, Magic - 2 years), and so we signed up with Healthy Paws in May 2015. Two months later, Sparkle got sick with a severe urinary tract infection and was rushed to the emergency vet because she was peeing blood. Healthy Paws covered the claim and it was a big help to us. Within the first year having Healthy Paws, Sparkle had a few claims related to her UTI, and also a lipoma biopsy, all which was covered with no hassle. The claims were processed quickly. This year, our other dog Magic had a cracked tooth, which was an unexpected $1400 expense for surgery and extraction, plus medication. The whole thing was covered by our plan, and we were so happy to have been able to afford the best treatment for our boy. We have the $250/90% plan for each dog so we pay a higher premium, but this is absolutely worth it for us. Healthy Paws covers any accident or illness, with the exception of pre-existing conditions. The claim submission process is easy and their customer service is great. I strongly recommend them to any pet parents looking for extra protection for your finances as it relates to your pet's health.

Healthy Paws Truly Cares!!!
My English Bulldog, Lula Belle, tore her CCL and it was a such a blessing to know that I had great pet insurance. Everyone one I spoke to over the phone or through email took the time to answer any questions I had with patience, kindness, and real concern for my dog and how she was doing. They answered every question I had about how to submit a claim and what information was needed in order to process them. This was my first claim for a pet and it couldn't have been simpler. Healthy Paws makes the whole process as smooth and uncomplicated as possible. It gave me such peace of mind to know that I could give my dog the surgery, medications, and check-up appointments she needed without financial worry.

Amazing Company!!
I got Figo for my 11 year old best friend. Three weeks he had cancer surgery and it was covered. Customer service was incredible, texting them was super easy and I filed the claim right from my mobile phone. Got paid in 3 days and they even sent a get well card. Such a cool company. Love their pet cloud too.... highly recommend.

Such a Blessing!!!
I am so grateful to everyone at Healthy Paws! They were extremely kind and patient as they helped me to process my first claim for my Lula Belle. It gave me such peace of mind to know I had great health insurance for my girl to make sure she was able to get the surgery, medications, and check-ups she needed for her torn CCL. It was absolutely one of the best decisions I ever made as a pet owner. Every person I spoke to on the phone or through email as I asked questions about filling out claim forms (which turned out to be such as an easier process than I thought it was going to be) and checking the status of what was needed to get them processed was kind, patient, and genuinely concerned about the health of my dog.

Couldn't be happier!
I have always been a proponent of pet insurance. My last dog got very sick, and pet insurance made me able to get her the care she needed without worrying about the cost. Figo was instrumental in helping my current dog get better. She was starting to display neurological symptoms. I was able to get her an MRI and figure out what it was - hydrocephalus - and Figo paid 90% without any questions! Extremely Quick Service, too! I love how easy their app is, and their website and text service. Excellent company.
