Highly recommended!
My Bernese Mountain dog became very ill, root cause never fully found. He was hospitalized twice and had all kinds of tests and procedures. I expended my full insurance. Embrace paid as advertised ad with no question. Don't know of any better company to deal with. They were excellent... 10/10

Has been a big help with vet bills for our dog
Our dog Shela was diagnosed with diabetes last June 2016. She was started on insulin. We had to take her to vet every 3-4 weeks to have blood glucose checked. The amount of insulin was adjusted several times. The insulin cost was about $110 a month and the syringes were about $30 for 100. They lasted just short of 2 months. Then the vet suggested a different insulin which initially seemed more expensive at $250 but it lasted just short of 3 months. I put claims in to ASPCA and they paid a good part of the amount claim. Someone called to see how Shela was doing. I haven't called them back yet because I was out of town.

Our Pet, Halo, Has An Inflamma…
Our pet, Halo, has an inflammatory bowel condition, which requires constant treatment and testing. Having PetsBest support makes it so we can comfortably give her the treatment she needs and monitor her condition. It is easy to submit claims, and they are processed pretty quickly, which is really nice when you are looking at a substantial bill.

Healthy Paws is outstanding!
Healthy Paws delivered the best possible service, when I needed it the most! I am now an advocate, of Healthy Paws, and hope to help other Pet Owners to be aware of the great service Healthy Paws provides. And, I know of bad experience is like, which I witnessed with one of its competitors, whom I will not mention here. I am sold for life with Healthy Paws, because I want the best care possible, for my Westie- Cody. Great, fast service!

Awesome service
We have used our insurance many times for our problem child dog. We love him but he has some problems. We have saved thousands of dollars with pets plus us and recommend pet insurance to anyone getting any pet.

Terrible
Terrible company to deal with. Terrible business people. This company makes it impossible for senior rescue dogs to get the care they need. Why? Because if you've just rescued your dog, you get him or her insurance immediately, take them to the vet and find out they have a serious condition (heart murmur for example) that needs immediate attention from a veterinary cardiologist, Trupanion will NOT pay based on the fact that the condition COULD HAVE existed for 18 months prior to the diagnosis. Now how would one RESCUING A SENIOR DOG know that? We can only begin taking excellent care of our animals when we get them. I thought the first step in providing great care to my animal was getting Trupanion, but I was wrong since they discriminate against senior rescue dogs. Don't make the same mistake I did, use someone else for pet insurance! Absolutely disgusting.

Healthy Paws is a great pet insurance to have.
Bodhi, my 2 year old pup, needed to be hospitalized for dehydration. In determining what the issue was, he also had blood work, x-rays and an ultrasound. The Healthy Paws coverage allowed me to concentrate on getting Bodhi the care that he needed without worrying about the cost. The Healthy Paws claims app was quick and easy to use from my mobile phone. Within 3 days of Bodhi's illness, the claims had been processed, completed, and notification of reimbursement received.
