Terrific Company
I've been very impressed with the way my claims are handled.It's very fast and when I have something I don't understand about Angelina's (my cat) policy, all my questions are explained to me which I really appreciate.

Horrible insurance
I am canceling this insurance as soon as I am done typing this review. I have had thousands of dollars in bills and they have only paid one claim and the check was for only $34.oo dollars. All I can say, is that I should have believe the bad reviews and never gotten this insurance. Be very careful because they are very sneaky, they pretend they are there to help you but all they want is to get information to use it against you or to say that they cannot prove the bills were not due to a preexisting condition. They will argue and fight you until you give up. Like I said, this is exactly what I read in some of the reviews when I was researching embrace I should have listened. I am very disappointed and will never say anything good about embrace

I trust Healthy Paws
Healthy Paws Customer Care staff is amazing. They have been so kind, understanding, sympathetic and efficient in handling our claim for our 6-year old beagle who developed an extremely aggressive cancer that took him from us in only 1 month's time. They were very helpful with assisting me in filing the claim, and followed up with me every step of the way, advising if they needed additional information to process the claim, and contacting my vet to get the info they needed. They completed the process within a week and paid exactly what I expected based on the policy I had. At a time when we are still reeling from the events of this past month, it's comforting to know Healthy Paws Pet Insurance was there for us. I highly recommend them.

Healthy Paws is the best! Filing a claim is simple and they always get back to you so quickly. After they review your claim, they'll send you an invoice and have your check shipped within a few days! They even follow up with you after which is the sweetest :) Our puppy has already been through so much so we're thankful for Healthy Paws! Id' recommend them to any pet owner. Xoxo

Very nice to have for these furry family members.
Have had ASPCA pet insurance on my Cocker Spaniel "Maxie" for close 10 years. it has been invaluable to helping me take "worrying about cost" out of the equation when it comes to healthcare needs for my 14 tear old girl. When I got my other Cocker "Mindy" a few years ago I put it on her as well. As our pets get older, they need more frequent care, and checkups. It helps tremendously getting reimbursed for a good percentage of this care. The people care about your pets as well. They call from time to time to check on their condition. Maxie and Mindy are my "children", and their health comes first, and with the ASPCA pet insurance, the finances are a secondary concern.

I felt "Embraced" after the loss of my pet
My sweet cat, Buddy, was diagnosed with HCM, a virtual death sentence. From his first visit to the ER and regular visits to our vet and, finally, to his euthanasia Embrace Pet Insurance was there for me. The claims were handled promptly and reimbursements came quickly. I really wanted to speak to the heart and soul the claims people at Embrace showed as I went from shock to grief. Throughout the process they were kind and sympathetic. I was overwhelmed with their caring after Buddy died. You wouldn't expect that, once the bills were paid and no "client" existed, to have the company reach out in the form of e-mails and cards and personal notes to let me know they felt my pain. It meant so much to me as I grieved his loss. I will find another furry baby soon (the house is too quiet)and one of the first calls I make will be to Embrace. They were wonderful.

Great Company!
I signed up all 3 of our pets (2 dogs and 1 cat) a little over a year ago. I have submitted a couple of claims...the biggest a torn acl in my 100lb mixed breed. Embrace handled the claim very quickly and within 2 weeks I had a reimbursement check in the mail. So glad I don't have to make decisions for my pets based on cost. Embrace is a very professional company and when I have called with questions they answer promptly and process claims quickly. Thanks Embrace!

"Eye" can't say it enough
$6000 worth of surgery and excellent service. Claim handled quickly too! Submitted our clam due to an unfortunate run in with a blade of dried grass. Corneal surgery to remove the obstruction and then follow up care. Trupanion paid our claim even before the Visa statement arrived! We insured our 3 month old with Trupanion and haven't looked back since. Claims process is easy and pretty straightforward. Don't delay. Sign up early and you'll never have a pre-existing condition.
