Very Happy with Embrace
I've had all of my 4 kitties covered by Embrace, for over 6 years now. I am very happy I did it : their prices are reasonable, benefits /exclusions clearly explained. Their staff is always knowledgeable whenever I had questions. Claims submission its easy, processing is quick , same for the payments. They really made my life easier during difficult times.

Kenzo had a small non malignant tumor and had it removed, I downloaded the Healthy Paws app, logged in, took a picture of the itemized Vet Bill and it has been processed and now just waiting for the check. I love how easy it was to make a claim.

I Am So Grateful That I Chose …
I am so grateful that I chose to get Pets Best insurance for my dog. Every claim was handled quickly and fairly. Having the insurance made certain decisions much easier, enabling us to keep our dog healthy and happy for many years. In the end when we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize him, you were there for us too. I even got a very kind condolence call explaining that upon receipt of the final claim, the policy would be cancelled and any unearned premium returned. You are really the best!

Guardian Angels
Pancho Villa has developed several conditions in his short eight years. His vet bills have been enormous. After his last battery of tests a few days ago, the vet has determined that more costly medications are required as well as more monitoring. Fortunately, Pancho has a Guardian Angel in Laura Bennett and her Embrace Pet Insurance. All of Pancho's visits to the vet and all of his prescription medications have been covered. Additionally, each claim has been settled promptly without a lot of negative dialogue. From the first day, I have maintained the feeling that Laura genuinely cares about animals, especially my dog for whom she is a guardian angel.

Thank goodness for Embrace!
Bella has had some really bad luck lately! A stroke 3 months ago, which made her lose all sensation in right rear leg. With time, rehab and acupuncture, she is walking again! Then, she came down with a growth/mass on that same paw, which they thought was cancer. It was surgically removed and it is not!! But, she had an allergic reaction to the stitches so it isn't healing well! My poor girl had a bad 2016! Thank goodness we have Embrace!! I haven't had to worry at all about coverage or what's in store for the future for this to heal! Thank you Embrace for being there:)
