Protect your pet with Heathy Paws Please!
I recommend Healthy Paws to every dog owner I meet! Our Bichon Frise, Abbi who is almost 2 years old, became very sick. I can not imagine going through her illness without insurance. She was admitted to emergency three different times. The hospitals and tests ran thousands of dollars. We are so grateful that Abbi had Healthy Paws on her side! Everything about your company rocks! Great customer service, easy claims process and speedy reimbursement.

Emergency IVDD surgery
Porter under went emergency spinal surgery a few weeks ago for two ruptured discs. I was able to rush him to Tufts for the best care without a single worry. Porter and his brother Walden are both protected by Embrace Pet Insurance. Embrace is covering 80% of Porters vet bill which was close to $6,000. If you have a fur baby I highly recommend pet insurance. I don't know what we'd do without it. We love Embrace.

Could Not Have Asked For A Better Experience!
My 6 year old Boston Terrier detached both of his retinas shaking a toy with his head. I was completely distraught at the thought of my baby going blind while he still has so much energy and life in him. He could no longer go on hikes or be in the backyard along because he kept falling into our pool not being able to see the edge. When I got a quote for the surgery I immediately started crying, it was the cost of a car! I called Healthy Paws, still crying off and on and asked them what they would cover if anything. The woman who I spoke with was so kind and patient and automatically made me feel better. When she told me they would cover 80% I started crying again, but this time tears of joy! Not only did they reimburse me 80% but the check came extremely fast and I even got a few follow up emails asking if Clyde was ok and that the whole Healthy Paws family was sending him hugs and kisses. If only humans were treated this well by their health insurance providers. Thank you thank you Healthy Paws!

An accurate description of our shared goal.
I have three dogs and two cats all currently enrolled with Healthy Paws. I have had to file multiple claims on my two Golden Retrievers as they both have had life threatening conditions. One has been treated for mast cell cancer and the other for hypothyroidism. Both have also had other health issues.

An expensive scare... covered!
Healthy Paws was easy to work with and had a solid reimbursement in line with my typical coverage when my Maine Coon Frankie had an upset stomach. To diagnose his symptoms, we had to do a number of expensive tests and see a few different doctors. It was good to know HP would take care of us!

Came through bigtime when my dog got sick
Healthy Paws has been a lifesaver. After thoroughly researching pet insurance options, Healthy Paws seemed to be the best fit for our needs and budget. I had hoped, of course, that my pet would be healthy and would never need to use the coverage. But about a month ago I learned that my dog had suffered life-threatening kidney damage as a result of Lyme disease. The treatments have not been extravagantly expensive, but enough to make me wonder how I was going to afford it. Fortunately, Healthy Paws came through for me, and I have been able to get the best treatment possible for my dog without worrying so much about the cost. Their customer service has been friendly and helpful, and they were quick to process my claim. The prognosis that my dog received was very scary, and I'm very grateful that I haven't had to stress about the finances as well. I would definitely recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who loves their pet and wants to be able to give them whatever medical help they need.

Without Healthy Paws Insurance, my bull terrier puppy would have not lived past his 1st birthday. My puppy had an unfortunate situation, which is very common with most dogs- Foreign Body Removal. Unfortunately Neeko experienced every post op complication, and was required to stay in the ICU for over a week, one can only imagine how high my hospital bills were. Healthy paws reimbursed me within 2-5 days of my claim submittal. They were fast, efficient, and didn't reject anything. This was a huge relief and elephant off my back during such a vulnerable time. Process was easy!
Although it's not something I ever wanted to use... This insurance saved me thousands of dollars on an unexpected accident that could have put us in a financial bind, although I still paid a pretty penny, Embrace eased the burden. The process was super easy and I received my check within a week. Would absolutely recommend this insurance.

Healthy Paws Provided Peace of Mind
When my Levi got hit with a cancerous tumor, unregulated diabetes and overnight blindness (due to cataracts) all within a few short weeks, our family was at its wit's end. Looking at two surgical procedures, management care and specialist care, we knew we had a lot of work and great expense ahead of us. Thankfully, we had Healthy Paws in our corner to alleviate any concerns about cost and leave us with the peace of mind to care for our very sick little man. His recovery journey is a lengthy and an arduous one but we were able to afford him the very best in care and a real fighting chance to survive because of our partners at Healthy Paws. I can not recommend them enough. Every family should have this kind of insurance provider in their corner (as I tell all of my friends and family!).
