Refused to Pay
This is one of the most difficult insurance companies I have ever dealt with. Have been insured for some time and when finally came to pay at claim, they wanted an inordinate about of past medical information, not even related to the current illness. My vet said they would pay well, but she was wrong. Now, after over $1200 in vet bills, I get nothing because my vet would only release info to us and was not convenient for me as a busy physician. Otherwise, it was okay

EMBRACE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY
Last year my 6 year old Rottie suddenly began limping. She was diagnosed with immune mediated poly-arthritis and lymphoma. Her prognosis was not good. The also has 2 prior ACL surgeries. This was a complicated diagnosis but Embrace reviewed all the medical records and the specialists' opinion and did cover all expenses. Very compassionate and caring company. They also covered the acupuncture and holistic vet. My dog is still doing well!

Great Insurance and Customer Service
After comparing pet insurance companies and other policies offered, I was thrilled to find Figo. I love that you can customize your plan in order to have an affordable premium, and the coverage is superior to other plans out there. The customer service representative was very helpful and took time to thoroughly answer all my questions. It's so good to know that my two little dogs now have insurance coverage as they get older.

Healthy Paws is the best!
I got Healthy Paws insurance a few months after adopting my dog, Francis. I reviewed numerous pet insurance companies and decided HP was the best and most trustworthy. I'm so glad I did because about a year after adopting Francis, he was diagnosed with mast cell cancer. Without insurance, I simply would not be able to pay for his treatment. HP has provided great customer service and they have reimbursed his treatment costs within the limits of their policy. I am really thankful for Healthy Paws!
