Ten more years of love!
After removing a Mast Cell Tumor we were told by vet that all margins clear, we got it all. Even though surgery, which Embrace covered, was deemed successful, vet asked if I wanted to send off tissue for further analysis. Most folks would not have done that but since I have Embrace I said why not. Well results came back very scary-very aggressive form of cancer with a 8 shot chemo protocol recommended. Only because I have Embrace which basically said when we cover the original diagnosis we cover EVERYTHING that's needed for recovery, our 4 year old white Lab Bella has a better than 90% chance of another good 10 years with us. Thanks Embrace!!!

Best pet Insurance
My 11 year old cat "Sunshine" was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. Embrace promptly paid a claim ($700) for an innovative iodine injection treatment (T-131 therapy) to remedy her problem. 2 months ago Sunshine was diagnosed with intestinal cancer and is currently in treatment. Once again Embrace has stepped up and paid all claims so far for her treatment without hesitation. Claims paid have totaled around $3200.00. This company is the "real deal". Anytime I have called with questions they have promptly provided me excellent service and their diligence in fast claim payment is the best. I tell everyone how pleased I am with them and will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent Insurance!
I've had Figo since July 2016 and they have been terrific. Unfortunately, I have had to make several claims since then for my 2yo new rescue dog due to various issues (thankfully, none life-threatening) -- and Figo has been absolutely wonderful. They are extremely professional, timely, great customer service and I receive the reimbursements that I am expecting to get, there has never been an unexpected missing amount, and I get those checks quite quickly. I used to be with a different pet insurance company for my last dog and, although they were good, still had a lot lacking. I was happy to come to Figo because they did their homework -- they looked at all of the competition and pulled all the best aspects from them AND then added things that the other guys had major shortcomings in (e.g., paying exam fees, providing a 100% reimbursement option, not getting dinged with a lower reimbursement for using specialists and university hospitals, and much more). To top it off, their premium was extremely competitive. I have been very impressed and have already referred my brother, best friend and people at the dog park to Figo.

Thank god for Embrace pet coverage....
My 2 year old Rottweiler severely injured her back leg needing extensive very costly physical therapy and eventually surgery... her claims were in the thousands and having a family of 5 and a limited income I was VERY thankful I had health coverage with Embrace. My claims were paid within 7 days of filing, the reps at Embrace walked me through the process and were very helpful. I have recommended my friends who have just purchased puppies to Embrace who are actively buying a policy .. great insurance to deal with.... Mrs. Hurley

I called to inquire about the insurance for my new puppy. My other 2 rotaries had cruciate ligament tears. I was told that injury would be covered after a 5day waiting period. Unfortunately a week later my new puppy tore her cruciate ligament & after many faxes to trupanion they finally got the bill. I was then told at that time a cruciate tear wasn't an injury so she would not be covered. It was considered an illness & had a 30 day waiting period!!!! I guess since it's an expensive surgery they didn't want to pay. Another agent told me it was an injury but that injury is the only one not covered!! Terrible ins policy. Check the fine print & check the policy rules for that illness-& record the conversation. Be careful with this ins if you are considering it!!!
