Healthy Paws
Healthy paws has been amazing for us on more than one occasion. Our dog has epilepsy and it covers his prescription costs which is HUGE. He also recently had surgery on his knee which was also covered under our plan. I don’t know where we would be without this insurance.

We need more Eric’s in the world
Eric was wonderful and helped me pick out the right policy for my parrot. He explained the coverage and all of the benefits of being with Nationwide and protecting our new family member! We need more Eric’s in the world. He also took a moment to connect with me, let me know a little about him while giving so much information about me. He made me feel comfortable and I knew I could trust him! And now no matter what happens in the future, Eric made sure we were covered! Thanks Eric

90/10 policy not really 90/10
I jave a 90/10 policy but the first time I ever had to use this for an emergency out of my 636 dollar vet bill I had to pay 432. Thought it would be lower. The only good thing I can say is my vet uses Trupanion and th bill was paid at the vet right after release of my dog. That part was easy

Highly recommend Healthy Paws-from an actual live person
I sought out pet insurance when we found out our new kitten liked to eat things he wasn't supposed to, after a $3000 vet bill. A year later he started vomiting and I had no hesitation to bring him in to get checked out knowing we had Healthy Paws pet insurance. He had eaten a few chunks of a prank rubber snake and needed to have them removed. Healthy paws covered 80% of the ER vet bill (not including the initial exam). Within a week, I was reimbursed. I can 100% recommend this insurance company. It saved us from yet another $3000 vet bill.
