Amazing and a life saver!!!!
I have had Healthy Paws cover 6 dogs and 2 cats to date and they have been beyond amazing. One of my dogs had an intestinal obstruction that required 3 emergency surgeries within a week, resulting in astronomical vet bills. To top it off, another of my dogs herniated a vertebral disc that required surgery within the same time period so both dogs were at the emergency pet hospital at the same time. Healthy Paws didn't bat an eye at any of my claims and I got my reimbursement check within a week. I also had an older dog that was prescribed acupuncture and physical therapy, both of which were covered. I feel great knowing that my beloved pets are protected and that they will not have to be denied health care because I can't afford it.

Embrace is a blessing
Our girl tore her ACL and needed surgery. The final cost of the vet bill came to over $2300.00. Embrace paid $1800 in a fast timely manner. I am telling all of my friends who are pet parents to join Embrace. They made it easy to submit claims, paid quickly and it was deposited right into my checking account. Thank you Embrace!

The best pet Insurance carrier out there!
EMBRACE is by far the best, most reliable pet insurance carrier out there! They almost always cover my claims, and helped us through a very difficult time with one of our rescues. I recommend EMBRACE to anyone out there who is considering pet insurance, it is definitely the way to go!

Coverage and service is not worth the cost
I have had this policy for almost 2 years and have never had to file a claim before this. Despite the fact that less than 5% of my claim was even covered, I was continuously told incorrect information by several employees. There was a clear disconnect and lack of understanding throughout the entire process and I was left frustrated and unassisted. Being in the customer service industry for so long, I don't typically write poor reviews however, this was a disappointing experience for me. With that, I will not be renewing our policy in July.

I very much appreciate reimbursement for wellness visits but considering the cost of maintaining my pets health (vaccinations and tic/flea prevention) the yearly reimbursements are minimal given the cost of coverage."

I am completely satisfied with your service. I had a different Pet Insurance for a pet I had and it was horrible. It took forever to get paid and I had it for 12 years and I hardly got an reimbursements back. When my Cooper passed I said I would not go back to that company. I am very satisfied with your company.
