Excellent Service!
My poor Greyhound Gal had a broken toe accident while running like the wind. After two months and 5 doctors later - she is healed. I say 5 doctors because my initial vet wanted to splint her toe (bad idea because the Greyhounds don't do well with splinting AND she had a wound between the two toes). Another doctor in this practice wanted to amputate the toe! No way! Off to another practice who is much more experienced with the Greyhound breed. There was much concern about the wound becoming infected. It was a major challenge for the duration. ASPCA was wonderful with all the claims I submitted. Thankfully Gal is healed and still has all her toes!

Support for hip replacement surgery
Our dog Bertie was suffering from joint pain. The decision to have full hip replacement surgery was a tough one but he has come through and now leads a happy and active life. Without Embrace it would more than likely not been possible.They were very supportive throughout and prompt with reimbursement of a good portion of the surgery and post-operative care. Would definitely recommend Embrace to all pet owners.

Amazing customer service, speed of payment, and care for pets
I would recommend every pet owner to sign their pet up to Healthy Paws as soon as they hopefully adopt or buy their pet. I signed up five years ago when I adopted my first dog and have been incredibly impressed with them. I just wish my medical insurance was as good, as efficient, as easy to use, and as caring. At one point last year, I had not been to the vet in so long that for a minute I questioned the pet insurance premium. So glad I kept it as this year my beautiful, strong mutt tore her ACL and had a very expensive surgery. I was reimbursed within a week! I tried everything possible to not have to do the surgery but in the end it was 90% torn so had to go ahead with surgery. With everything I had to worry/stress about with my pup, it was nice not to have to worry about the financial burden as well. If you're thinking of getting pet insurance, this is a no brainer.

Thankful for Insurance
We recently took our cat, Autumn, into the vet because she was experiencing a stuffy nose. A few x-rays and ultrasounds later it had turned into visceral lymphoma. Being only 3.5 years old we were completely shocked and devastated. It was no question at all that we were going to do everything we could for her. We had always had insurance for our pets since we had the experience of one cat eating a foreign object and requiring a $3000 surgery without insurance. After that EVERYONE got insurance! Within the first 2 weeks of treatment, Autumn's medical bill was over $12,000 and we had barely even began the uphill battle with her cancer. It is such a relief knowing that she has Healthy Paws Insurance and is covered for 80% reimbursement. We have no problem insisting Autumn receives top of line treatment and any diagnostic test that may be of help. I couldn't recommend Healthy Paws Insurance anymore than I already do! Please invest in your pet's future before it's too late.

A Stand up company!
Our German Shepherd, Sophie, was diagnosed with cancer. Healthy Paws helped us to afford the burden of expensive care for her. Without Healthy Paws, our beloved Sophie would not be with us. We just could not have afforded to pay for the surgery, chemotherapy, and follow up care. We are grateful every day that Sophie is still with us. She is a cancer survivor who is vibrant and full of life for years following her initial diagnosis. She is a joy and a light in the lives of everyone she has touched with her beauty, sensitivity, and pure joyous tail-wagging celebration of life. Having your pet in the hospital is stressful enough and the last thing you want to do is to make a decision based on a financial basis. Recently my dog got very sick and I remembered I had him insured with healthypaws. I called them and asked about my coverage. All was good. The costs maxed out my credit card and i asked if they could help me with prioritizing my claim. Took 2hrs to be filed and 6 days to receive the check. My vet bill was $5800 and I had $4988 covered. Great job and thank you guys for your help and checking on our pal.Wonderful customer service.
