Fantastic Pet Health Insurance
I am very pleased with this insurance plan. The staff has been wonderful to me in every way. My puppy had several issues and the response to my claim forms has been fantastic. Payments are promptly sent and everyone I have spoken to has treated me with so much kindness and respect. I am so glad that I have this insurance company for my dog Chloe because it is a blessing to know that they are there for me in Chloe's time of need. This is a great company!

Simply the Best
Our 1 year old mix breed rescue began to develop a small lump on the right side of her neck. We were so thankful that we had her insured with Healthy Paws since we adopted her at 4 months old. Her medical bills in total were $1,500 and we were able to recoup 90%! The turnaround time for submitting the claim and receiving the check is often about a week and the process could not be easier. Simply snap a photo of the bill, upload it through the app and hit submit. The plan is very affordable and extremely clear about what is covered and what isn't. They even sent a follow email to see how Penny was recovering :) This company truly understands the relationship between people and their pets. I would highly recommend Healthy Paws to any pet parent - they are the best!

My Embrace Pet Insurance Experience
Paul and I cannot adequately express our gratitude to the staff of Embrace Pet Insurance. We started a policy for our cat, Watson. Embrace is the only pet insurance plan we would recommend and here's why:1) Affordable pet insurance coverage that include Wellness Coverage that reimburses pet parents for wellness exams. 2) Easy and fast claim response (in most cases, less than 7 days) 3) Friendly and knowledgeable customer care representatives who REALLY care about you and your pet. 4) A user-friendly website that allows you to log in and see your claim information, payments, upload claim information and everything else regarding your policy. And most of all, when we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize Watson due to an unexpected complication from an illness, Embrace Pet Insurance was there for us in ways that we could never contemplate. They're not just an insurance company; they're a "caring" company that took the time to send us condolence cards personally signed by the "embracers" of the customer care team. They felt our loss and our pain and when Watson's final claims were submitted to them for review, many of the claims were paid in less than a week and the check was in the mail. They conveyed to us their sorrow as well for the loss of our beloved Watson. Their gesture of condolence and sympathy meant alot to us as we were grieving and bereaving and we will never forget the kindness that was shown to us during a very difficult time. It is because of everything they did and continue to do that we highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance. I hope that when people read our review of this extraordinary company; they will choose Embrace Pet Insurance for their "pet baby". If the "gold standard" is viewed as an acceptable standard to many people, then we would say that Embtace Pet Insurance and their dedicated "embracers" would be defined as the "Platinum Standard". Although we are still grieving the loss of our beloved Watson, when we feel it is the right time to adopt a cat once again, we will definitely choose Embrace Pet Insurance as the "must have" insurance for our new baby. Excellent service and response time for all claims
Rather then pick a specific claim, all of our claims have been reviewed and processed in a very timely matter,any questions I had were answered thoroughly and professionally, and we will continue to use this company for our pet insurance.

I trust Pets Best to be fair
Nearly ten years ago I adopted a stray cat and thankfully decided to insure her with Pets Best (PB) since I knew she had had a difficult life before coming into our home. Because I didn't know her age, I decided to insure her as a senior animal. I am glad I did because she has had a lot of different health problems over the years. Last year, the premiums I was paying for a $250/80% policy became too expensive, so I decided to cancel her policy. When I called to do that, the PB representative suggested that instead of cancelling I raise the deductible, but keep the 80% and she informed me that all her past diagnoses would still be fully covered and only new problems would face the higher deductible. I took her advice and thank goodness I did because that same year my cat was diagnosed with cancer and the surgery to remove it was more than $4,000. When I submitted the claim, PB told me because the first symptoms of that cancer began while I was still under the $250 deductible policy, there would be no deductible and PB reimbursed all our costs at 80%. I did not expect that and did not ask for it. It was offered to me by PB. Amazing!! This company has been there for my cat, and has always paid without any problems. The claims are super easy to file, and reimbursements are directly deposited into my checking account very soon after a claim is submitted. I highly recommend this company.

Beware of Healthy Paws
I chose Healthy Paws as pet insurance for two dogs. Beware of this insurance company that is rated as No. 1 when processing your claim. I was told by a representative this morning that they do not use the diagnosis of the vet to determine payment. How do you accurately determine payment on a claim without processing the diagnosis of the vet? I will be finding another pet insurance as this one fell well below ratings and expectations. Don't always believe the ratings and do your homework. This is a costly expense so choose wisely or you too will be surprised when you go to file a claim.
