Wonderful People
I've had Embrace insurance on my pup Loki for a year, and this was my first wellness claim. I called and every single person I talked to (phone or email) was beyond professional and friendly. I'm so, so happy with the people in this company and they paid Loki's Vet Claim in less than 24 hours!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the company I chose a year ago to cover my Labradore Retreiver. Just recently she had ACL knee surgery and not only in one knee but BOTH. I submit the bills and in a couple weeks I am reimbursed. I have never had pet insurance before but they are caring and truly care about the health of your pet. The sports medicine group I took Ellie to also had nothing but good things to say about Healthy Paws. So glad I made the choice I did...

Very Satisfied with Healthy Paws!
We first joined Healthy Paws in March of 2014 with our Boston Terrier, Marino. A couple of years later, we adopted our second Boston Terrier, Finn, and immediately enrolled him in the plan as well. Thankfully, we did not have to file our first claim until a few years later in January 2017. On New Years Day, as we were on a walk with the dogs, we noticed a large abscess on Marino's backside. We rushed her to the ER where they sedated and drained her anal gland abscess. Aside from the deductible and Doctor Visit fee, our bill was covered (90% per our plan) by Healthy Paws. A few weeks later, Finn had to have 3 molars removed due to fractures in his teeth and infection. We brought Finn to the only Certified Veterinary Dentist specialist in Western PA, and again Healthy Paws covered all of the costs aside from our deductible and Doctor visit. Also, they covered his "pre-surgery" workup including chest x-ray and blood work. We HOPE to never need Healthy Paws service again, but we will be a lifelong customer. The claims process was hassle-free. We simply took a photo of our invoices and uploaded to the Healthy Paws app. Then we had our vet's send Marino and Finn's complete records to Healthy Paws. They reviewed the records and sent us a reimbursement check within weeks. We are very satisfied with their coverage!

Great for accidents
First time I bout pet insurance and it had been well worth it. Embrace has surprised me with how easy it has been to file claims and get refunded quickly. Never planned on my pet being sick or getting injured but after she tore her ACL Embrace was there to help me with getting her better. Appeals are also pretty easy to file. Highly recommend Embrace. Get it early for your puppy. Never know when an accident may happen.

Terrific!
Embrace paid my claim (s) per contract promptly and in full.I have a deductible and illness and injury coverage. Compared to a previous pet insurance, this company is professional and fair. I highly recommend Embrace!

My 10 year old dog was diagnosed with a Heart Murmur. Pets Best was very quick to respond to my claims. I did have a question with regard to the long term condition and submitted my question online and they call me back promptly with a complete satisfactory answer. I have been very happy with the service over the last 7+ years
