Tasha had numerous illnesses over her life, the last being cancer. Trupanion allowed Tasha to live comfortable for as long as possible. We would not have been able to cover the medical expenses without this coverage. I would also like to thank the many claim handlers who helped us. Each were very professional, understanding and caring. I recommend Trupanion to anyone who loves their pet!

8, very prompt responses. Somewhat tedious process, to have to copy receipts and then provide dr with same and after they complete it have them fax it.

Fantastic
I am not one who writes reviews. However, my experience with Embrace has been fantastic. I originally picked Embrace because of its relationship with the USAA Family. When my wife and I contacted Embrace for a policy the sales person was great, she had all the info and very knowledgeable on the products and services Embrace could provide. We have had several claims during our first year with Rocket and Embrace never once questioned the services or providing reimbursement. My wife and I truly hope that Rocket will not have as many in the coming years.

This company is wonderful
Insurance companies are generally evil in my opinion, but this company couldn't be better. We've had several incidents over the years, having 5 pets, but Trupanion has been there every time and is so helpful. The money from our claim is in my account usually within a few days, which really makes it easy once the credit card bill rolls around. Thank you Trupanion!
