Waste of Money
Our 8 1/2 year old Cocker Spaniel was diagnosed with patellar luxation which will require possibly two surgeries. We have had VPI since we got the dog from the breeder, and figured someday we will get our premiums back for future claims, as many if not all routine claims were reimbursed at a very low rate, if at all. Well here we are 8+ years later, and guess what? NOT COVERED!!! I don't know if this is just VPI, but suspect it is the same for all pet insurance companies, so my overall rating will be middle of the road.

The BEST choice you can make!
My Colt is elderly and has Irritable Bowel Disease, requiring frequent vet visits and bloodwork - my claims are paid every time, with no pre-existing labels or other ways to get out of paying. Typically the claims are processed within a week (many times sooner). The client reps are extremely pleasant and I love the pics of their babies in the emails. I will never use another company!

Healthy paws is by far THE BEST PET INSURANCE arou
My boy Archer tore his CCL and needed to undergo tplo surgery. I was a bit nervous because it is an expensive surgery that requires a few lifestyle adjustments for you and your pup while they heal. Healthy paws covered everything they say the covered without question. They will have my business for life and I make sure anyone I know that is looking for pet insurance knows about them.

I had Aspca for my Great Pyrenees 2007-2011 and then she got sick and we had to have her put to sleep so the next dog we got I tried another company and it was nothing like dealing with ASPCA I cancelled them and brought her over and then we got another so she is also with them and I will never change again they are the best...So great to deal with and prompt service...they have my vote all the way!!!!

Customer Service is Excellent
I have had a policy for my pet dog, Max, for quite a few years. It provides a degree of comfort knowing that I will be covered in cases of serious illness. Max has had a few instances where this insurance really helped. ASPCA Pet Insurance is a top-notch company, and the customer service is really of excellent quality. Claims are processed quickly and fairly. I would recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance to anyone who needs it.

Highly recommended!
My Bernese Mountain dog became very ill, root cause never fully found. He was hospitalized twice and had all kinds of tests and procedures. I expended my full insurance. Embrace paid as advertised ad with no question. Don't know of any better company to deal with. They were excellent... 10/10

Has been a big help with vet bills for our dog
Our dog Shela was diagnosed with diabetes last June 2016. She was started on insulin. We had to take her to vet every 3-4 weeks to have blood glucose checked. The amount of insulin was adjusted several times. The insulin cost was about $110 a month and the syringes were about $30 for 100. They lasted just short of 2 months. Then the vet suggested a different insulin which initially seemed more expensive at $250 but it lasted just short of 3 months. I put claims in to ASPCA and they paid a good part of the amount claim. Someone called to see how Shela was doing. I haven't called them back yet because I was out of town.
