Surprisingly easy and smooth process
I was surprised how easy it was to file a claim, how much they covered and how quickly I was reimbursed. Really impressed. I had a different pet insurance in the past and that one didn't compare to ASPCA. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I expected, how all insurance should
I submitted a claim for my dog Oscar after he had surgery on his eye. I was kept informed of each step of the process when the form was received, when it was being processed and when they were sending my check. When I got the explanation of what they covered it was exactly what they had said it would be when we signed up for the insurance and there were no hidden exclusions.

Quick turnaround on claims
They were very quick to pay out on a claim (submitted Wednesday night received payment Monday morning). Our little chihuahua got into meds and she had to stay at the hospital for 36 hours. Trupanion called to check on her and me, and reassured me they were there to help. They even talked with my vet to get the payment preapproved so I did not have to leave a deposit with my vet. A++++ service!!

ASPCA Very satisfied
ASPCA pet insurance has been extremely easy to work with. Our shih-tzu, Justy , has a biopsy performed as well as a major ear infection which was quite expensive. ASPCA delivered on their promise and responded quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

Pretty good, requires upkeep
Embrace was recommended by our vet. The web portal is easy to navigate and submitting claims is simple, customer service is helpful and patient. However, on multiple occasions we have had to step in to push Embrace to file claims that our vet office already sent. Or, in the example of our first claim, there was a holdup because our vet had failed to send a form to Embrace when we initially signed up-- but we were never informed there was a problem until we tried to submit our first claim months later. We have to be alert and advocate for our claims, as so far they haven't happenned seamlessly. That's about par for the course with any kind of insurance, and luckily we haven't had any serious or very expensive issues yet.

Great insurance for your pets
I wish my medical insurance was this easy and inexpensive. The form is so easy to fill out and you are refunded very quickly. I have not run into grey areas where I was not covered by my pet's insurance.

Emergency Treatment
I've been with Embrace for 6 years and have only great things to say about them. Customer Service is amazing and their payments quick and easy. Recently I had an emergency with my dog and had to take him to a Vet emergency room. My dog ingested gum with Xylitol which is very poisonous to dogs. My dog was kept for 24-hours at the hospital. His stomach was washed and he had to be put on fluids. My bill was 80% covered by Embrace. Once again once I submitted my claim, everything got process within a week. I had other pet insurance before but Embrace has been the best.

, I preach to everyone that listens that Trupanion is a great company. My experience with you has always been amazing. I work for a p&c insurer and when I do sales training I always use Trupanion is a company we should emulate. I train staff on the importance of providing the best customer experience to our clients and mention the service I receive from all the staff at Trupanion. Selling is about the customer experience. I also stress with our staff that selling is not about be the cheapest. It’s about the value and customer experience. I go on to tell them that I could have signed up Niko elsewhere for less premium but I would never leave Trupanion because of the experience and great value you provide. Sorry, didn’t mean to talk your ear off but I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate what you and your company do.
