Healthy Paws is the best Pet Insurance on the market today. The coverage is excellent, the staff are responsive to questions and the turn around time for claims is remarkably quick. I unqualifiedly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who is looking for Pet Insurance. No one wants to be a position of not being able to not provide live saving or pain management care for their pet. One thing that I find distressing is …
One thing that I find distressing is that it is one month before illness insurance takes place after registering. This is not convenient and it is the one thing that makes me hesitate to recommend you to others as I have been doing up until recently when I signed Peaches up for insurance. On top of the incredible sadness of losing Peaches so soon after we rescued her and began loving her with all our hearts... we are stuck with a bill with no insurance coverage and it is a large hardship on us. It still hurts too much to think about her and write this. However I want you to know my review of this one area. Maybe you could make the deductible higher in the first month for people like us who are devoted to our pets and are very burdened now by the pet hospital bill?

Pet Insurance is necessary
I have been with Pet's Best for over 5 years. I have all three of my dogs insured with them. I have been 100% satisfied with every aspect of the company, Claims process, and support. I love the online chat option as it's so easy to use and you can receive an electronic copy of your communication for reference. I have referred multiple people to Pets Bestz

Beyond Grateful
I have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for over a year for my now two year old fur-baby. She is truly the apple of my eye. Unfortunately she was recently treated for anemia due to bone marrow failure because of over vaccinations. While struggling with taking time off of work to get blood transfusions, animal ER visits and tests and more animal ER visits and more tests. This was mentally, emotionally and physically draining. Knowing that she had health insurance gave me the peace of mind knowing that I can and will do everything in my power to save her life. I am happy to report that she is on the road to recovery. Without insurance I would have paid a total of $5,111.80 and still counting. Since I have Healthy Paws I am only paying $1,426.09. My claims are processed usually within 24 hours and they have a wonderful app where you don't need to submit a claim form! Take a picture of the invoice and submit! Less than a few days later the claim is processed, completed and a check is in the mail. Going through Healthy Paws Pet Insurance has truly saved my dogs life, my sanity and last but not least my wallet! Don't be foolish when it comes to your loved fur-babies, anything can happen at anytime and if you're like me you will do anything in your power to save them.

Must have for pet owners
This is second time I have been more than happy to have Embrace. Our boy needed a full ACL repair . Without embrace it wouldn't have been able to happen. Great custermer service if you have hiccups during your claim. Won't be going anywhere else....ever. Thanks again embrace!

Excellent service
My 12-year-old Labrador had a cancerous tumor removed. The claim was paid, including claims for 2 separate biopsies, in a matter of 2 weeks. Thank you Embrace - you made a difficult situation so much easier! And Max is doing great!!!

Wodnerful Company to Deal with
I can't say enough about pets Health Insurance Plan. I have had for over 10year for all of my pets. I would never think to change for a number of reasons #1 customer service and support. All of my dogs have had to use and I mean use the plan for surgery and/or other hospitalizations. So glad I had the Company I did and the limits I selected. Can you get cheaper plans - of course!... but will they cover what this covered No Way, will you be able to call and get the help you need and will they call you just to check in your your pets - the answer is No. Well worth every cent just for the customer service and coverage available.
