So Happy I got Embrace
My beloved cat had an emergency surgery recently and Embrace paid a large amount of the costs, quite fast and without complications. My vet even submitted the claims for me. It was so easy and I was able to focus on getting my furry baby well again.They have also paid other claims for my cat and my dog easily and quickly. I am so glad I chose Embrace. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

If you even have to wonder; pick HealthyPaws
These people are...amazing. I've had them for about 2.5 years, and I've NEVER had a complaint. Mostly, I've used them for stomach worms (I live in the middle of NOWHERE), but last week, I had to use them for real. I was in town, and I was walking my pitt (who is a sweetheart) and my terrier mix (who is a jackwagon), and a pitt slipped underneath his fence, and attacked us. My pitt isn't a fighter, but after I got a bite on my leg, he went nuts. He won the fight, but it's still sad. He got screwed up pretty good. I had to shell out serious cash to get him taken care of (we're talking 4 grand worth of work), but my claim was processed in 3 days, and I got the check 5 business days after filing. Chose Healthy Paws. You'll be glad you did.

Followed Through on Their Commitment
I just recently signed up for ASPCA pet insurance, for the dog I got for my kids last year. I recently needed to take the dog to the vet for routine shots and an exam. I almost forgot to submit my claim, since I had never done so in the past, but luckily my wife reminded me. I'm glad she did because my claim was processed in less than 48 hours. I was very pleased with how easy this service was to use.

I've had to make two claims in a matter of months. When I called with a question, they were extremely helpful, super nice and took initiative to look into details that I hadn't even mentioned. As a result, I got reimbursements to both claims in a very short time! I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

Would not reccomend
They are very happy to take our premiums but not handle our claims. 4 requests for status and got the runaround they had not heard from our Vet. Nonsense, the Vet responded immediately.

Great Coverage, Great Service, and Great Price
Our dog is a brachycephalic breed, and required surgery for her stenotic nares, soft palate, and an unrelated vulvoplasty. We were worried some of these would be considered pre-existing or denied, as many insurers do not cover brachycepalic syndrome treatments, but HealthyPaws approved our claim within 1 or 2 days, and every time we have been in contact with them by phone we have been able to speak to a knowledgeable human almost immediately! Their superb coverage, excellent service, and very affordable rates (out of all the companies we checked they were the least expensive!) have made HealthyPaws a no-brainer for a our family and we cannot recommend them more highly.

Worth It!
I bought insurance for my lab when he was a puppy and started eating everything - it came in very handy for the times I had to take him to the vet with possible blockages. However, the real value for us has been the reimbursements on medications as Rambo has a form of seizures and takes medication for it every month. Anything to do with his illness is covered per the plan I purchased and it's easy to file the claim. I would recommend this insurance to anyone.
