Healthy Paws is a blessing
Healthy Paws is a blessing to our family and our pet. Our sweet 9-year old Joy (dachshund/beagle)had a large mass on her spleen and pancreatitis. As you can imagine, we were very emotional and stressed not knowing if it may be cancerous. The surgery went very well and Joy is spleen-free and cancer-free. I cannot even imagine how much more stressful this would have been if we did not have Healthy Paws insurance. Not having to worry about financial debt brought us assurance. Healthy Paws is very good about keeping in contact with you once they receive your claim and "quickly" processed our refund check. They also care personally. They checked up on Joy throughout her recovery to see how she was doing and gave me words of encouragement, which meant so much to me considering the worry of surgery for my Joy. I had Pets Best insurance for Joy before finding Healthy Paws. I would NOT recommend Pets Best as we had them for a few years and only used them once for Joy...as Joy got older they raised our rates!!! We have the same insurance plan with Healthy Paws as we did with that other company and our rates our lower. I thank God we found Healthy Paws and I cannot express how happy we are with them....please don't go anywhere else if you love your pet. Thank you Healthy Paws!!

Happy and Healthy
I insure all three of my dogs with Healthy Paws and it does get costly. However, whenever I consider dropping my insurance one of my dogs will have something happen that will remind me that my Healthy Paws coverage is essential! Each time I have submitted a claim it has been processed promptly and I have never had to fight for compensation....each time has been smooth sailing! Recently my older dog needed significant leg surgery and once again my claim check was to me quickly....which really was a blessing as surgery gets expensive! I did my research and am very happy with my choice of Healthy Paws!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is the best!
Healthy Paws paid our pets hospital insurance immediately, without any questions to us. They even wrote a letter to us, concerning how our dog was doing, highly recommend Healthy Paws Pet insurance.

The best.
We’ve submitted 2 claims to Healthy Paws within a 15-month period for the same dog. We spent only a few minutes of our time presenting the claims, no questions were asked of us and we received the full amount due within a very short time. It's been an outstanding and remarkable experience with an insurance company. We received about $3,200 on one of the claims and $1,100 on the other, so they weren't small claims. We’re very knowledgeable consumers and we recommend Healthy Paws without hesitation or reservation.

My Dog Got A Fox Arrow In His…

Terrific Customer Service
I never thought I would be singing praises for an insurance company, but was I wrong. I can't say enough about the great customer service,prompt responses,and timely payment we received. We hoped we would never have to use the insurance for something bad, but Joker was viciously attacked by another dog. He almost died and the vet bill was substantial. Trupanion The BEST on all levels!
