Appreciated the concern
After receiving the reimbursement for my cat's medical bills, I received a phone call inquiring how my cat's health was progressing. At the same time several questions that I had concerning my cat's policy were answered. I am very pleased with the service I have received so far.

Great Company
I love this company! They are very compassionate, when one of our cats died, they sent a sympathy card that all of their employees had signed. They pay quickly and are very helpful with questions. The only problem I have had involved something that would actually have saved them money! My vet has a program called Shots for Life: you pay $59 and that covers all shots for the life of your pet. They wouldn't reimburse that cost - makes no sense to me.

Well worth it
HealthyPaws has been amazing. They have never given me a hassle for any claims I've submitted, including large bills for unexpected surgery for my dog, and their customer service has been phenomenal. Easy to use - Great Customer Service
When I first began using ASPCA Pet Health Insurance, I selected them for 2 primary reasons: affordability and reasonable waiting periods for the policy to take effect. In the past, I have only used pet insurance for small things in the past: vet visit, shots, flea medication. This is great coverage for that plus more - my first claim for my pet was for an abscessed wound; the process to file a claim was simple and straightforward, although I felt it took a bit long to get the refund. That aside, the second time I had to take my pet in for poisoning, again the ease of filing a claim was simple, a customer service rep even called to check up on us and see how we were doing, and this time, the return was processed quickly and the waiting time I had experienced has been shorted significantly. I used to use VPI Pet - I would now say that ASPCA Pet Health Insurance is the go-to! I highly recommend them!
