They, as usual, handled my claim very quickly, and my refund was in my account within days. They also sent me a Sympathy card, as they have in the past. It was for Scooter, who has gone to the rainbow bridge now.

I am a helicopter mom to our dog and both operators spent as much time as I needed asking all sorts of questions. They saved me money and the claim form was extremely easy. One operator even stated we spoke b4 and she remembered our conversation. I was shocked at the quality of the amazing customer service. I can't see it being any easier or you being heard more at any other company. Stick w Trupanion, I honestly believe they care for your pet. 10 stars.

No hassle reimbursement was awesome!
I reviewed several pet insurance plans, most are priced relatively similar. I contacted ASPCA with specific questions before purchasing a plan. Unfortunately I needed to use the insurance but the process to submit a claim for reimbursement was completed without any issues. If you submit the detail requested your claim can be turned around as quickly as mine - approved within 2 days! Better than most medical benefits for humans!

Highly Recommend Healthy Paws
We have a very unlucky dog. In the 6 years of her life, she has recovered from eating a death-cap mushroom, mange, eye infections, paw cysts, just to name a few struggles. Luckily for us, our vet recommended Healthy Paws insurance on our first puppy visit. Healthy Paws' has always supported our claims without any hassles. Their claim process has been easy to initiate, and they are quick to process claims. I highly recommend Heathy Paws -- our new puppy is also insured!
