Great, easy experience.
My experience has been very positive. I chose Embrace over other insurance because of coverage. I would do a in depth review so you understand what is covered and what is not. There is no sense in getting upset that something isn't covered that you never paid for coverage for. I do think in general Embrace covers more than most or gives options to cover more. I didn't give a 10 rating because I have only ever used Embrace so don't have a comparison.

Quick, Responsive and saved me thousands
Something just did not seem right with out best friend so we took him to our vet and then had to go right to the ER and long story short after $8,500 and one emergency surgery at about midnight, our Welsh Terrier is slowly getting back to being the terror that he is. He may have 30+ staples in his stomach but you would never notice without looking directly at his belly and thankfully he is on the road to a full recovery. I remember minutes before the surgery the doctor came out and had to explain to us the costs associated with literally saving his life and there was no thought in my mind about not doing the surgery; part of the reason that costs never crossed my mind was due to HealthyPaws. Thanks to HealthyPaws I will receive 90% back and never have to think twice about the costs associated with the best possible pet care for our best friend. Thanks HealthyPaws.

Best Thing for my Puppy
From the first phone call to the claims process everything has been so easy and convenient. I had no idea how to approach insurance for my puppy, after comparing other plans ASPCA was my pick and the rep that assisted me with my policy made me feel like a person not just another sale. The claims filing process is so easy and it's direct deposited to my bank. Getting some money back after expensive vet visits makes the cost of the plan worth it. We have used the preventative services for her neuter, routine visit and her flea/tick prevention.

Excellent Insurance
I have tried 2 other insurance companies and neither one compared to Trupanion.I have submitted claims ranging from just over $100 to almost $10000, (lupus). I am so glad I chose a company with no yearly or lifetime limit. That can be a lifesaver.

We love Healthy Paws!
Investing in pet insurance with Healthy Paws is the 2nd smartest decision we've made since becoming parents to our Golden Retriever (2nd only to getting our baby in the 1st place!) We did research on the top 5 Pet Insurance companies and ultimately decided that Healthy Paws was the right choice for us. Thank God we did! After 6 wonderful and healthy years our sweet boy was diagnosed with cancer. He met with the top specialists, had 2 surgeries and is in the process of beginning Radiation Therapy in the next week or so. With all of the tears, sleepless nights, recovery from both surgeries, etc... there was a lot of anxiety and fear within our family. With Healthy Paws we have been able to focus all of our energy and strength into helping our baby recover and making the right choices for his treatment rather than worry about the financials. Melanoma Surgery
I discovered a lump on the floor of my dog's mouth. It was supposed to be nothing, but ended up being Melanoma. The path to healing required many tests, consults, and a surgery. Submitted 5 seperate claims and all were approved quickly, and paid QUICKLY. Each time I called, they even asked how my dog was doing. I wanted pet insurance, because I didnt want money determining if my dog lived or died. I am glad I found Embrace and would recomned them to anyone. My dog is now on the path to recovery, and I can get back to my financial goals, instead of paying off credit card debt.
